בַּחֹ֙דֶשׁ֙ the ba-HOH-DESH הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֔י third ha-sheh-lee-SHEE לְצֵ֥את month, leh-TSATE בְּנֵֽי when beh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל the yees-ra-ALE מֵאֶ֣רֶץ children may-EH-rets מִצְרָ֑יִם of meets-RA-yeem בַּיּ֣וֹם Israel BA-yome הַזֶּ֔ה were ha-ZEH בָּ֖אוּ gone BA-oo מִדְבַּ֥ר forth meed-BAHR סִינָֽי׃ out see-NAI -
וַיִּסְע֣וּ they va-yees-OO מֵֽרְפִידִ֗ים were may-reh-fee-DEEM וַיָּבֹ֙אוּ֙ departed va-ya-VOH-OO מִדְבַּ֣ר from meed-BAHR סִינַ֔י Rephidim, see-NAI וַֽיַּחֲנ֖וּ and va-ya-huh-NOO בַּמִּדְבָּ֑ר were ba-meed-BAHR וַיִּֽחַן come va-YEE-hahn שָׁ֥ם to shahm יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל the yees-ra-ALE נֶ֥גֶד desert NEH-ɡed הָהָֽר׃ of ha-HAHR -
וּמֹשֶׁ֥ה Moses oo-moh-SHEH עָלָ֖ה went ah-LA אֶל up el הָֽאֱלֹהִ֑ים unto ha-ay-loh-HEEM וַיִּקְרָ֨א God, va-yeek-RA אֵלָ֤יו and ay-LAV יְהוָה֙ the yeh-VA מִן Lord meen הָהָ֣ר called ha-HAHR לֵאמֹ֔ר unto lay-MORE כֹּ֤ה him koh תֹאמַר֙ out toh-MAHR לְבֵ֣ית of leh-VATE יַֽעֲקֹ֔ב the ya-uh-KOVE וְתַגֵּ֖יד mountain, veh-ta-ɡADE לִבְנֵ֥י saying, leev-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ Thus yees-ra-ALE -
אַתֶּ֣ם have ah-TEM רְאִיתֶ֔ם seen reh-ee-TEM אֲשֶׁ֥ר what uh-SHER עָשִׂ֖יתִי I ah-SEE-tee לְמִצְרָ֑יִם did leh-meets-RA-yeem וָֽאֶשָּׂ֤א unto va-eh-SA אֶתְכֶם֙ the et-HEM עַל Egyptians, al כַּנְפֵ֣י and kahn-FAY נְשָׁרִ֔ים how neh-sha-REEM וָֽאָבִ֥א I va-ah-VEE אֶתְכֶ֖ם bare et-HEM אֵלָֽי׃ you ay-LAI -
וְעַתָּ֗ה therefore, veh-ah-TA אִם if eem שָׁמ֤וֹעַ ye sha-MOH-ah תִּשְׁמְעוּ֙ will teesh-meh-OO בְּקֹלִ֔י obey beh-koh-LEE וּשְׁמַרְתֶּ֖ם my oo-sheh-mahr-TEM אֶת voice et בְּרִיתִ֑י indeed, beh-ree-TEE וִֽהְיִ֨יתֶם and vee-heh-YEE-tem לִ֤י keep lee סְגֻלָּה֙ seh-ɡoo-LA מִכָּל my mee-KAHL הָ֣עַמִּ֔ים covenant, HA-ah-MEEM כִּי then kee לִ֖י ye lee כָּל shall kahl הָאָֽרֶץ׃ be ha-AH-rets -
וְאַתֶּ֧ם ye veh-ah-TEM תִּֽהְיוּ shall TEE-heh-yoo לִ֛י be lee מַמְלֶ֥כֶת unto mahm-LEH-het כֹּֽהֲנִ֖ים me koh-huh-NEEM וְג֣וֹי a veh-ɡOY קָד֑וֹשׁ kingdom ka-DOHSH אֵ֚לֶּה of A-leh הַדְּבָרִ֔ים priests, ha-deh-va-REEM אֲשֶׁ֥ר and uh-SHER תְּדַבֵּ֖ר an teh-da-BARE אֶל holy el בְּנֵ֥י nation. beh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ These yees-ra-ALE -
וַיָּבֹ֣א Moses va-ya-VOH מֹשֶׁ֔ה came moh-SHEH וַיִּקְרָ֖א and va-yeek-RA לְזִקְנֵ֣י called leh-zeek-NAY הָעָ֑ם for ha-AM וַיָּ֣שֶׂם the va-YA-sem לִפְנֵיהֶ֗ם elders leef-nay-HEM אֵ֚ת of ate כָּל the kahl הַדְּבָרִ֣ים people, ha-deh-va-REEM הָאֵ֔לֶּה and ha-A-leh אֲשֶׁ֥ר laid uh-SHER צִוָּ֖הוּ before tsee-WA-hoo יְהוָֽה׃ their yeh-VA -
וַיַּֽעֲנ֨וּ all va-ya-uh-NOO כָל the hahl הָעָ֤ם people ha-AM יַחְדָּו֙ answered yahk-DAHV וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ together, va-YOH-meh-ROO כֹּ֛ל and kole אֲשֶׁר said, uh-SHER דִּבֶּ֥ר All dee-BER יְהוָ֖ה that yeh-VA נַֽעֲשֶׂ֑ה the na-uh-SEH וַיָּ֧שֶׁב Lord va-YA-shev מֹשֶׁ֛ה hath moh-SHEH אֶת spoken et דִּבְרֵ֥י we deev-RAY הָעָ֖ם will ha-AM אֶל do. el יְהוָֽה׃ And yeh-VA -
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר the va-YOH-mer יְהוָ֜ה Lord yeh-VA אֶל said el מֹשֶׁ֗ה unto moh-SHEH הִנֵּ֨ה Moses, hee-NAY אָֽנֹכִ֜י Lo, ah-noh-HEE בָּ֣א I ba אֵלֶיךָ֮ come ay-lay-HA בְּעַ֣ב unto beh-AV הֶֽעָנָן֒ thee heh-ah-NAHN בַּֽעֲב֞וּר in ba-uh-VOOR יִשְׁמַ֤ע a yeesh-MA הָעָם֙ thick ha-AM בְּדַבְּרִ֣י cloud, beh-da-beh-REE עִמָּ֔ךְ that ee-MAHK וְגַם the veh-ɡAHM בְּךָ֖ people beh-HA יַֽאֲמִ֣ינוּ may ya-uh-MEE-noo לְעוֹלָ֑ם hear leh-oh-LAHM וַיַּגֵּ֥ד when va-ya-ɡADE מֹשֶׁ֛ה I moh-SHEH אֶת speak et דִּבְרֵ֥י with deev-RAY הָעָ֖ם thee, ha-AM אֶל and el יְהוָֽה׃ believe yeh-VA -
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר the va-YOH-mer יְהוָ֤ה Lord yeh-VA אֶל said el מֹשֶׁה֙ unto moh-SHEH לֵ֣ךְ Moses, lake אֶל Go el הָעָ֔ם unto ha-AM וְקִדַּשְׁתָּ֥ם the veh-kee-dahsh-TAHM הַיּ֖וֹם people, HA-yome וּמָחָ֑ר and oo-ma-HAHR וְכִבְּס֖וּ sanctify veh-hee-beh-SOO שִׂמְלֹתָֽם׃ them seem-loh-TAHM -
וְהָי֥וּ be veh-ha-YOO נְכֹנִ֖ים ready neh-hoh-NEEM לַיּ֣וֹם against LA-yome הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֑י the ha-sheh-lee-SHEE כִּ֣י׀ third kee בַּיּ֣וֹם day: BA-yome הַשְּׁלִשִׁ֗י for ha-sheh-lee-SHEE יֵרֵ֧ד the yay-RADE יְהוָ֛ה third yeh-VA לְעֵינֵ֥י day leh-ay-NAY כָל the hahl הָעָ֖ם Lord ha-AM עַל will al הַ֥ר come hahr סִינָֽי׃ down see-NAI -
וְהִגְבַּלְתָּ֤ thou veh-heeɡ-bahl-TA אֶת shalt et הָעָם֙ set ha-AM סָבִ֣יב bounds sa-VEEV לֵאמֹ֔ר lay-MORE הִשָּֽׁמְר֥וּ unto hee-sha-meh-ROO לָכֶ֛ם the la-HEM עֲל֥וֹת people uh-LOTE בָּהָ֖ר round ba-HAHR וּנְגֹ֣עַ about, oo-neh-ɡOH-ah בְּקָצֵ֑הוּ saying, beh-ka-TSAY-hoo כָּל Take kahl הַנֹּגֵ֥עַ heed ha-noh-ɡAY-ah בָּהָ֖ר to ba-HAHR מ֥וֹת yourselves, mote יוּמָֽת׃ that yoo-MAHT -
לֹֽא shall loh תִגַּ֨ע not tee-ɡA בּ֜וֹ an boh יָ֗ד hand yahd כִּֽי touch kee סָק֤וֹל it, sa-KOLE יִסָּקֵל֙ but yee-sa-KALE אֽוֹ he oh יָרֹ֣ה shall ya-ROH יִיָּרֶ֔ה surely yee-ya-REH אִם be eem בְּהֵמָ֥ה stoned, beh-hay-MA אִם or eem אִ֖ישׁ shot eesh לֹ֣א through; loh יִֽחְיֶ֑ה whether yee-heh-YEH בִּמְשֹׁךְ֙ it beem-shoke הַיֹּבֵ֔ל be ha-yoh-VALE הֵ֖מָּה beast HAY-ma יַֽעֲל֥וּ or ya-uh-LOO בָהָֽר׃ man, va-HAHR -
וַיֵּ֧רֶד Moses va-YAY-red מֹשֶׁ֛ה went moh-SHEH מִן down meen הָהָ֖ר from ha-HAHR אֶל the el הָעָ֑ם mount ha-AM וַיְקַדֵּשׁ֙ unto vai-ka-DAYSH אֶת the et הָעָ֔ם people, ha-AM וַֽיְכַבְּס֖וּ and va-ha-beh-SOO שִׂמְלֹתָֽם׃ sanctified seem-loh-TAHM -
וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ he va-YOH-MER אֶל said el הָעָ֔ם unto ha-AM הֱי֥וּ the hay-YOO נְכֹנִ֖ים people, neh-hoh-NEEM לִשְׁלֹ֣שֶׁת Be leesh-LOH-shet יָמִ֑ים ready ya-MEEM אַֽל against al תִּגְּשׁ֖וּ the tee-ɡeh-SHOO אֶל third el אִשָּֽׁה׃ day: ee-SHA -
וַיְהִי֩ it vai-HEE בַיּ֨וֹם came VA-yome הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֜י to ha-sheh-lee-SHEE בִּֽהְיֹ֣ת pass bee-heh-YOTE הַבֹּ֗קֶר on ha-BOH-ker וַיְהִי֩ the vai-HEE קֹלֹ֨ת third koh-LOTE וּבְרָקִ֜ים day oo-veh-ra-KEEM וְעָנָ֤ן in veh-ah-NAHN כָּבֵד֙ the ka-VADE עַל morning, al הָהָ֔ר that ha-HAHR וְקֹ֥ל there veh-KOLE שֹׁפָ֖ר were shoh-FAHR חָזָ֣ק thunders ha-ZAHK מְאֹ֑ד and meh-ODE וַיֶּֽחֱרַ֥ד lightnings, va-yeh-hay-RAHD כָּל and kahl הָעָ֖ם a ha-AM אֲשֶׁ֥ר thick uh-SHER בַּֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃ cloud BA-ma-huh-NEH -
וַיּוֹצֵ֨א Moses va-yoh-TSAY מֹשֶׁ֧ה brought moh-SHEH אֶת forth et הָעָ֛ם ha-AM לִקְרַ֥את the leek-RAHT הָֽאֱלֹהִ֖ים people ha-ay-loh-HEEM מִן out meen הַֽמַּחֲנֶ֑ה of ha-ma-huh-NEH וַיִּֽתְיַצְּב֖וּ the va-yee-teh-ya-tseh-VOO בְּתַחְתִּ֥ית camp beh-tahk-TEET הָהָֽר׃ to ha-HAHR -

וַֽיְהִי֙ when va-HEE ק֣וֹל the kole הַשֹּׁפָ֔ר voice ha-shoh-FAHR הוֹלֵ֖ךְ of hoh-LAKE וְחָזֵ֣ק the veh-ha-ZAKE מְאֹ֑ד trumpet meh-ODE מֹשֶׁ֣ה sounded moh-SHEH יְדַבֵּ֔ר long, yeh-da-BARE וְהָֽאֱלֹהִ֖ים and veh-ha-ay-loh-HEEM יַֽעֲנֶ֥נּוּ waxed ya-uh-NEH-noo בְקֽוֹל׃ louder veh-KOLE -
וַיֵּ֧רֶד the va-YAY-red יְהוָ֛ה Lord yeh-VA עַל came al הַ֥ר down hahr סִינַ֖י upon see-NAI אֶל mount el רֹ֣אשׁ Sinai, rohsh הָהָ֑ר on ha-HAHR וַיִּקְרָ֨א the va-yeek-RA יְהוָ֧ה top yeh-VA לְמֹשֶׁ֛ה of leh-moh-SHEH אֶל the el רֹ֥אשׁ mount: rohsh הָהָ֖ר and ha-HAHR וַיַּ֥עַל the va-YA-al מֹשֶֽׁה׃ Lord moh-SHEH -
וַיֹּ֤אמֶר the va-YOH-mer יְהוָה֙ Lord yeh-VA אֶל said el מֹשֶׁ֔ה unto moh-SHEH רֵ֖ד Moses, rade הָעֵ֣ד Go ha-ADE בָּעָ֑ם down, ba-AM פֶּן charge pen יֶֽהֶרְס֤וּ the yeh-her-SOO אֶל people, el יְהוָה֙ lest yeh-VA לִרְא֔וֹת they leer-OTE וְנָפַ֥ל break veh-na-FAHL מִמֶּ֖נּוּ through mee-MEH-noo רָֽב׃ unto rahv -
וְגַ֧ם let veh-ɡAHM הַכֹּֽהֲנִ֛ים the ha-koh-huh-NEEM הַנִּגָּשִׁ֥ים priests ha-nee-ɡa-SHEEM אֶל also, el יְהוָ֖ה which yeh-VA יִתְקַדָּ֑שׁוּ come yeet-ka-DA-shoo פֶּן near pen יִפְרֹ֥ץ to yeef-ROHTS בָּהֶ֖ם the ba-HEM יְהוָֽה׃ Lord, yeh-VA -
