ಹೀಗೆ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರನ್ನು ಕೆಂಪು ಸಮುದ್ರದಿಂದ ಬರಮಾಡಿದನು; ಅವರು ಶೂರಿನ ಅರಣ್ಯದೊಳಗೆ ಹೋದರು; ಅವರು ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ದಿನ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ್ಯೂ ನೀರನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ.

ಅವರು ನಿನ್ನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವರು. ಆಗ ನೀನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಹಿರಿಯರ ಸಹಿತವಾಗಿ ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಅರಸನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಇಬ್ರಿಯರ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನು ನಮಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷ ನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಆದದರಿಂದ ನಾವು ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ದಿವಸ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಮಾಡಿ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಬಲಿಯನ್ನರ್ಪಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಬಿಡು ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬೇಕು.
