ಜನ ಸಮೂಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಸನ ಘನತೆ ಇದೆ; ಜನರ ಕೊರತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಪುತ್ರನ ನಾಶ.

ಆ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದನು. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಹಜಾಯೇ ಲನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೇರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸಿದನು.

ಆದರೂ ಯೆಹೋವಾಹಾಜನಿಗೆ ಐವತ್ತು ಕುದುರೆ ರಾಹುತ ರನ್ನೂ ಹತ್ತು ರಥಗಳನ್ನೂ ಹತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಕಾಲಾಳು ಗಳನ್ನೂ ಹೊರತು ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಏನೂ ಬಿಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅರಾಮ್ಯರ ಅರಸನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಹ ರಿಸಿ ತುಳಿಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಧೂಳಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದನು.
