Jeremiah 15:2
ಅವರು ನಿನಗೆ--ನಾವು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರೆ, ನೀನು ಅವ ರಿಗೆ--ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಮರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಇರುವವರು ಮರಣಕ್ಕೆ; ಕತ್ತಿಗೆ ಇರುವವರು ಕತ್ತಿಗೆ; ಕ್ಷಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ಇರುವವರು ಕ್ಷಾಮಕ್ಕೆ, ಸೆರೆಗೆ ಇರು ವವರು ಸೆರೆಗೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬೇಕು.

Amos 5:19

Revelation 13:10
ಸೆರೆಗೆ ನಡಿಸುವವನು ಸೆರೆಗೆ ಹೋಗುವನು; ಕತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಕೊಲ್ಲುವವನು ಕತ್ತಿಯಿಂದಲೇ ಕೊಲೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿ ಶುದ್ಧರ ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯೂ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯೂ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.

Jeremiah 24:9
ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಓಡಿಸಿಬಿಡುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂದೆಗೂ ಗಾದೆಗೂ ಹಾಸ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಶಾಪಕ್ಕೂ ಗುರಿಮಾಡಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಭೂಮಿಯ ಸಮಸ್ತ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದು ಕೇಡಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವೆನು.
Isaiah 24:18
