ಆದದರಿಂದ ನೀನು ಈ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಬೇಕು--ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ರಾತ್ರಿ ಹಗಲು ಬಿಡದೆ ಕಣ್ಣೀರು ಸುರಿಸಲಿ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಜನರ ಮಗಳಾದ ಕನ್ಯೆಯು ಕ್ರೂರವಾದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಏಟಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಪೆಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಮುರಿಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಳು.

ದುಃಖದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಆದರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ನಾನು ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವು ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಂದಿಹೋಗಿದೆ. ದೂರ ದೇಶದಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಜನರ ಮಗಳು ಕೂಗುವ ಶಬ್ದವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿರಿ.
