ಯಾಕೋಬನು ತನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ತಂಭವನ್ನು ಅಂದರೆ ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಸ್ತಂಭವನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಪಾನಾರ್ಪಣೆಮಾಡಿ ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಯ್ದನು.
