ಅಮ್ಮೋನ್ಯನು ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಮೋವಾಬ್ಯನು ಕರ್ತನ ಸಭೆಗೆ ಸೇರಬಾರದು. ಹತ್ತನೇ ತಲಾಂತರವಾದರೂ ಅವರು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಕರ್ತನ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಬಾರದು.
