Deuteronomy 21:23
ಅವನ ಹೆಣವು ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮರದ ಮೇಲಿರಬಾರದು; ಅವನನ್ನು ಹೇಗಾದರೂ ಅದೇ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಣಿಡ ಬೇಕು; (ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ತೂಗಾಡುವವನು ದೇವರಿಂದ ಶಾಪಗ್ರಸ್ತನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ); ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡುವ ಭೂಮಿಯು ಅಶುದ್ಧವಾಗಬಾರದು.

ನೀನು ಅದರಂತೆ ಶಾಪಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾಗದ ಹಾಗೆ ಅಸಹ್ಯವಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮನೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬರ ಬಾರದು; ಅದನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಅಸಹ್ಯಿಸಬೇಕು; ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಹೇಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅದು ಶಪಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟದ್ದೇ.
Numbers 35:33
