ಆದದರಿಂದ ನೇಮಿಸಿದ ದಿವಸಗಳು ಈಡೇರುವದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮುಂಚೆ ಅವನು ಎದ್ದು ತನ್ನ ಜನರನ್ನು ಕರಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನೂರು ಜನರನ್ನು ಕೊಂದು ಅವರ ಮುಂದೊಗ ಲುಗಳನ್ನು ತಂದು ತಾನು ಅಳಿಯನಾಗುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದನು. ಆಗ ಸೌಲನು ತನ್ನ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆಯಾದ ವಿಾಕಲಳನ್ನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.

ಆದದರಿಂದ ಸೌಲನು ಅವನನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟು ಸಾವಿರ ಜನಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನನನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದನು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಅವನು ಜನರ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೊರಟು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾ ಬರುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದನು.
