וְ֠הוּא he VEH-hoo מְהַשְׁנֵ֤א changeth meh-hahsh-NAY עִדָּנַיָּא֙ the ee-da-na-YA וְזִמְנַיָּ֔א times veh-zeem-na-YA מְהַעְדֵּ֥ה and meh-ha-DAY מַלְכִ֖ין the mahl-HEEN וּמְהָקֵ֣ים seasons: oo-meh-ha-KAME מַלְכִ֑ין he mahl-HEEN יָהֵ֤ב removeth ya-HAVE חָכְמְתָא֙ kings, hoke-meh-TA לְחַכִּימִ֔ין and leh-ha-kee-MEEN וּמַנְדְּעָ֖א setteth oo-mahn-deh-AH לְיָדְעֵ֥י up leh-yode-A בִינָֽה׃ kings: vee-NA -
ה֛וּא revealeth hoo גָּלֵ֥א the ɡa-LAY עַמִּיקָתָ֖א deep ah-mee-ka-TA וּמְסַתְּרָתָ֑א and oo-meh-sa-teh-ra-TA יָדַע֙ secret ya-DA מָ֣ה things: ma בַחֲשׁוֹכָ֔א he va-huh-shoh-HA וּנְהיֹרָ֖א knoweth oo-neh-yoh-RA עִמֵּ֥הּ what ee-MAY שְׁרֵֽא׃ is sheh-RAY -
