ಯೆಹೂದದ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ನನ್ನ ಕೈಚಾಚಿ ಈ ಸ್ಥಳದಿಂದ ಬಾಳನ ಉಳಿದವುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಯಾಜಕರ ಸಂಗಡ ಕೆಮಾರ್ಯರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನೂ

ಅರ ಸನು--ಬಾಳನಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ವಿಗ್ರಹದ ತೋಪುಗಳಿ ಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಆಕಾಶದ ಸೈನ್ಯಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಮಾಡ ಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನ ಆಲಯದಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಯಾಜಕ ನಾದ ಹಿಲ್ಕೀಯನಿಗೂ ಎರಡನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಯಾಜಕ ರಿಗೂ ದ್ವಾರಪಾಲಕರಿಗೂ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದನು ಮತ್ತು ಅವನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಹೊರಗೆ ಕಿದ್ರೋನ್ ಹೊಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಡಿಸಿ ಅವುಗಳ ಬೂದಿ ಯನ್ನು ಬೇತೇಲಿಗೆ ತರುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು.
