Ezra 5:2
ಆಗ ಶೆಯಲ್ತಿಯೇಲನ ಮಗನಾದ ಜೆರುಬ್ಬಾಬೆಲನೂ ಯೋಚಾದಾಕನ ಮಗ ನಾದ ಯೇಷೂವನೂ ಎದ್ದು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರುವ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿ ದರು; ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರಾಗಿ ದೇವರ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳು ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದರು.

ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರ ಹಿರಿಯರು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿ, ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳಾದ ಹಗ್ಗಾಯನೂ ಇದ್ದೋನನ ಮಗ ನಾದ ಜೆಕರೀಯನೂ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದರು. ಅವರು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ದೇವರ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೂ ಕೋರೆಷನು ದಾರ್ಯಾವೆಷನು ಪಾರಸಿಯ ಅರಸನಾದ ಅರ್ತಷಸ್ತನು ಎಂಬವರ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೂ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ತೀರಿಸಿದರು.

ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆತನು ನನಗೆ--ಕರ್ತನ ದೂತನ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಂತಿರುವ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಶುವನನ್ನೂ ಅವನನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನ ಬಲಪಾರ್ಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತ ಸೈತಾನನನ್ನೂ ತೋರಿಸಿದನು.

ಆಗ ಶೆಯಲ್ತೀಯೇಲನ ಮಗನಾದ ಜೆರುಬ್ಬಾ ಬೆಲನೂ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಚಾದಾಕನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಶುವನೂ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳಿದವರೆ ಲ್ಲರೂ ತಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನ ಶಬ್ದವನ್ನೂ ತಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ಹಗ್ಗಾಯನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕೇಳಿದರು; ಜನರು ಕರ್ತ ನಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟರು.

ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಈಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ --ಜೆರುಬ್ಬಾಬೆಲನೇ, ಬಲವಾಗಿರು; ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಯಾಜಕ ನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಚಾದಾಕನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೋ ಶುವನೇ, ಬಲವಾಗಿರು; ದೇಶದ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೇ, ಬಲ ವಾಗಿರ್ರಿ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿರಿ; ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದೇನೆಂದು ಸೈನ್ಯ ಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.

ಎರಡನೇ ಸಾರಿ ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ತಿಂಗಳಿನ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತನಾಲ್ಕನೆಯ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಗ್ಗಾಯನಿಗೆ ಉಂಟಾ ಯಿತು.
ಜೆಕರ್ಯ 4:6
ನಾನು--ನನ್ನ ಒಡೆಯನೇ, ಇಲ್ಲ ಅಂದೆನು. ಆಗ ಅವನು ಉತ್ತರಕೊಟ್ಟು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಜೆರುಬ್ಬಾಬೆಲನಿಗೆ ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ಇದೇ--ಬಲ ದಿಂದಲ್ಲ, ಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದಲ್ಲ, ನನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮದಿಂದಲೇ ಎಂದು ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.

ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಬಂಗಾರವನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಕಿರೀಟಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋಚಾದಾಕನ ಮಗನಾದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಯಾಜಕ ನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಶುವನ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಟ್ಟು
