Ezra 5:16
ಅಗ ಶೆಷ್ಬಚ್ಚರನು ಬಂದು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿ ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರವನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿಸಿ ದನು. ಆ ದಿವಸದಿಂದ ಇದು ವರೆಗೂ ಅದು ಕಟ್ಟಲ್ಪ ಡುತ್ತದೆ; ಇನ್ನೂ ಮುಗಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದರು.

ಆಗ ಶೆಯಲ್ತಿಯೇಲನ ಮಗನಾದ ಜೆರುಬ್ಬಾಬೆಲನೂ ಯೋಚಾದಾಕನ ಮಗ ನಾದ ಯೇಷೂವನೂ ಎದ್ದು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರುವ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿ ದರು; ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರಾಗಿ ದೇವರ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳು ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದರು.

ಸಣ್ಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳ ದಿನವನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದವನ್ಯಾರು? ಆ ಏಳು ಅಂದರೆ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅತ್ತಿತ್ತ ಓಡಾಡುವ ಕರ್ತನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ನೂಲು ಗುಂಡನ್ನು ಜೆರುಬ್ಬಾಬೆಲನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡುವಾಗ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುತ್ತವೆ.
