1 ಎಫೆಸದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಭೆಯ ದೂತನಿಗೆ ಬರೆ: ಏಳು ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಬಲಗೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಡುಕೊಂಡು ಏಳು ಚಿನ್ನದ ದೀಪ ಸ್ತಂಭಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿರುಗಾಡುವಾತನು ಈ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.

2 ನಿನ್ನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರಯಾಸವನ್ನೂ ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯನ್ನೂ ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; ನೀನು ದುಷ್ಟರನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸಲಾರಿ; ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೂ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರನ್ನು, ನೀನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸುಳ್ಳುಗಾರರೆಂದು ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡಿ;

3 ನೀನು ಸಹಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಪ್ರಯಾಸಪಟ್ಟು ಬೇಸರಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ.

4 ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾದದ್ದು ಇದೆ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮೊದಲಿನ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀ.

5 ಆದದ ರಿಂದ ನೀನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದೀಯೋ ಅದನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ನೆನಪಿಗೆ ತಂದುಕೊಂಡು ಮಾನಸಾಂತರಪಡು. ನೀನು ಮೊದಲು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡು. ನೀನು ಮಾನಸಾಂತರಪಡದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬೇಗನೆ ಬಂದು ನಿನ್ನ ದೀಪ ಸ್ತಂಭವನ್ನು ಅದರ ಸ್ಥಳದಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕುವೆನು

6 ಆದರೆ ಇದು ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ; ಅದೇನಂದರೆ--ನೀನು ದ್ವೇಷಿಸುವ ನಿಕೊಲಾಯಿ ತರ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಸಹ ದ್ವೇಷಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

7 ಆತ್ಮನು ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವದನ್ನು ಕಿವಿಯುಳ್ಳವನು ಕೇಳಲಿ. ಯಾವನು ಜಯಹೊಂದುತ್ತಾನೋ ಅವನಿಗೆ ದೇವರ ಪರದೈಸಿನ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಜೀವವೃಕ್ಷದ ಹಣ್ಣನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಡುವೆನು.

8 ಸ್ಮುರ್ನದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಭೆಯ ದೂತನಿಗೆ ಬರೆ: ಮೊದ ಲನೆಯವನೂ ಕಡೆಯವನೂ ಸತ್ತವನಾಗಿದ್ದು ಈಗ ಬದುಕುವಾತನೂ ಹೇಳುವವುಗಳು ಯಾವವೆಂದರೆ,

9 ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸಂಕಟವನ್ನೂ ಬಡತನವನೂ ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; (ಆದರೂ ನೀನು ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯವಂತನೇ). ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ವವರ ದೂಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; ಅವರು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಲ್ಲ, ಸೈತಾನನ ಸಭಾಮಂದಿರದವರಾಗಿ ದ್ದಾರೆ.

10 ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಸಂಕಟಪಡಿಸುವವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ದಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆದರಬೇಡ. ಇಗೋ, ನೀವು ಶೋಧಿಸಲ್ಪಡು ವಂತೆ ಸೈತಾನನು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಮನೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಹಾಕುವನು; ಹತ್ತು ದಿವಸಗಳ ತನಕ ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಂಕಟವಿ ರುವದು. ನೀನು ಸಾಯಬೇಕಾದರೂ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತ ನಾಗಿರು; ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ

11 ಆತ್ಮನು ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವದನ್ನು ಕಿವಿಯುಳ್ಳವನು ಕೇಳಲಿ; ಜಯಹೊಂದುವವನಿಗೆ ಎರಡನೆಯ ಮರಣದಿಂದ ಕೇಡಾಗುವದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.

12 ಪೆರ್ಗಮದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಭೆಯ ದೂತನಿಗೆ ಬರೆ: ಹದವಾದ ಇಬ್ಬಾಯಿ ಕತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದಾತನು ಹೇಳು ವವುಗಳು ಯಾವವೆಂದರೆ,

13 ನಿನ್ನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ನೀನು ವಾಸಮಾಡುವ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನೂ ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; ಅದು ಸೈತಾನನ ಆಸನವಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಳವಾಗಿದೆ; ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಬಿಗಿಯಾಗಿ ಹಿಡುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀ; ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸೈತಾನನ ನಿವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತನಾದ ಹತಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾದ ಅಂತಿಪನು ಕೊಲ್ಲಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾದರೂ ನ

14 ಆದರೂ ನಿನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾದ ಕೆಲವು ವಿಷಯಗಳು ನನಗಿವೆ. ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಜ್ಞಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವ ದಕ್ಕೂ ಜಾರತ್ವ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮುಂದೆ ಮುಗ್ಗರಿಸುವ ಬಂಡೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಕ ಬೇಕೆಂದು ಬಿಳಾಮನು ಬಾಲಾಕನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಬೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು

15 ಅದರಂತೆ ನಾನು ಹಗೆ ಮಾಡುವ ನಿಕೊಲಾಯಿತರ ಬೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿರುವವರೂ ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

16 ಆದದರಿಂದ ಮಾನಸಾಂತರಪಡು, ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬೇಗನೆ ಬಂದು ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿ ಕತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡುವೆನು.

17 ಆತ್ಮನು ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವದನ್ನು ಕಿವಿಯುಳ್ಳವನು ಕೇಳಲಿ. ಯಾವನೂ ಜಯಹೊಂದುತ್ತಾನೋ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಮನ್ನವನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಕೊಡು ವೆನು; ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಹೆಸರು ಬರೆದಿರುವ ಬಿಳೀ ಕಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವೆನು ಅದನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದವನಿಗೇ ಹೊರತು ಅದು ಇನ್ನಾರಿಗೂ ತಿ

18 ಥುವತೈರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಭೆಯ ದೂತನಿಗೆ ಬರೆ: ಬೆಂಕಿಯ ಉರಿಯಂತಿರುವ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳೂ ಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ತಾಮ್ರದಂತಿರುವ ಪಾದಗಳುಳ್ಳ ದೇವಕುಮಾರನು ಹೇಳುವವುಗಳು ಯಾವವೆಂದರೆ,

19 ನಿನ್ನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನೂ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನೂ ನಿನ್ನ ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯನ್ನೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಕಡೇ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳು ಮೊದಲಿನ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದವುಗಳೆಂದು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು.

20 ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ನಿನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾದ ಕೆಲವು ವಿಷಯಗಳು ನನಗಿವೆ; ಅದೇ ನಂದರೆ, ಯೆಜೆಬೇಲೆಂಬ ಆ ಹೆಂಗಸು ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರವಾದಿ ನಿಯೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡು ಜಾರತ್ವ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಪಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವದಕ್ಕೂ ನನ್ನ ದಾಸರಿಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಅವರನ್ನು ವಂಚಿಸುತ್ತಿರು

21 ಅವಳು ಮಾಡಿದ ಜಾರತ್ವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾನ ಸಾಂತರಪಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟೆನು; ಆದರೆ ಅವಳು ಮಾನಸಾಂತರಪಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.

22 ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ಅವಳನ್ನು ಹಾಸಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳಿ ಗಾಗಿ ಮಾನಸಾಂತರಪಡದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮಹಾಸಂಕ ಟದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹಾಕುವೆನು.

23 ಅವಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಕೊಂದೇಕೊಲ್ಲುವೆನು; ಆಗ ನಾನು ಅಂತರಿಂದ್ರಿಯಗ ಳನ್ನೂ ಹೃದಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವವನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಂಬದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುವದು; ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕೊಡುವೆನು.

24 ಆದರೆ ನಿಮಗೂ ಥುವತೈರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಿಕ್ಕಾದವ ರಿಗೂ ನಾನು ಹೇಳುವದೇನಂದರೆ, ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿಕೊ ಳ್ಳುವಂಥ ಸೈತಾನನ ಅಗಾಧವಾದ ಬೋಧನೆಯು ಯಾರಾರಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ ಯಾರು ಅದನ್ನು ಅರಿ ಯದೆ ಇದ್ದಾರೋ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ನಾನು ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವ ಭಾರವನ್ನೂ ಹಾಕುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

25 ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ನಿಮಗಿರು ವದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಬರುವ ತನಕ ಬಿಗಿಯಾಗಿ ಹಿಡಿದು ಕೊಂಡಿರ್ರಿ.

26 ಯಾವನು ಜಯಹೊಂದಿ ನನ್ನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡೇವರೆಗೂ ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೋ ಅವನಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಕೊಡು ತ್ತೇನೆ.

27 ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾ ರವೇ ಅವನು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನು ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ಕೋಲಿನಿಂದ ಆಳುವನು; ಅವರು ಕುಂಬಾರನ ಮಡಿಕೆಗಳಂತೆ ಒಡೆದು ಚೂರಾಗುವರು.

28 ನಾನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಉದಯನಕ್ಷತ್ರ ವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವೆನು.

29 ಆತ್ಮನು ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವ ದನ್ನು ಕಿವಿಯುಳ್ಳವನು ಕೇಳಲಿ.

1 Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;

2 I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:

3 And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name’s sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.

4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

8 And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;

9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

12 And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;

13 I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan’s seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.

14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.

15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate.

16 Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.

17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

18 And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass;

19 I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.

20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

23 And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

24 But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.

25 But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.

26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.

28 And I will give him the morning star.

29 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

1 ಎಫೆಸದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಭೆಯ ದೂತನಿಗೆ ಬರೆ: ಏಳು ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಬಲಗೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಡುಕೊಂಡು ಏಳು ಚಿನ್ನದ ದೀಪ ಸ್ತಂಭಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿರುಗಾಡುವಾತನು ಈ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.

2 ನಿನ್ನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರಯಾಸವನ್ನೂ ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯನ್ನೂ ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; ನೀನು ದುಷ್ಟರನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸಲಾರಿ; ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೂ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರನ್ನು, ನೀನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸುಳ್ಳುಗಾರರೆಂದು ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡಿ;

3 ನೀನು ಸಹಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಪ್ರಯಾಸಪಟ್ಟು ಬೇಸರಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ.

4 ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾದದ್ದು ಇದೆ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮೊದಲಿನ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀ.

5 ಆದದ ರಿಂದ ನೀನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದೀಯೋ ಅದನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ನೆನಪಿಗೆ ತಂದುಕೊಂಡು ಮಾನಸಾಂತರಪಡು. ನೀನು ಮೊದಲು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡು. ನೀನು ಮಾನಸಾಂತರಪಡದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬೇಗನೆ ಬಂದು ನಿನ್ನ ದೀಪ ಸ್ತಂಭವನ್ನು ಅದರ ಸ್ಥಳದಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕುವೆನು

6 ಆದರೆ ಇದು ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ; ಅದೇನಂದರೆ--ನೀನು ದ್ವೇಷಿಸುವ ನಿಕೊಲಾಯಿ ತರ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಸಹ ದ್ವೇಷಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

7 ಆತ್ಮನು ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವದನ್ನು ಕಿವಿಯುಳ್ಳವನು ಕೇಳಲಿ. ಯಾವನು ಜಯಹೊಂದುತ್ತಾನೋ ಅವನಿಗೆ ದೇವರ ಪರದೈಸಿನ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಜೀವವೃಕ್ಷದ ಹಣ್ಣನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಡುವೆನು.

8 ಸ್ಮುರ್ನದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಭೆಯ ದೂತನಿಗೆ ಬರೆ: ಮೊದ ಲನೆಯವನೂ ಕಡೆಯವನೂ ಸತ್ತವನಾಗಿದ್ದು ಈಗ ಬದುಕುವಾತನೂ ಹೇಳುವವುಗಳು ಯಾವವೆಂದರೆ,

9 ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸಂಕಟವನ್ನೂ ಬಡತನವನೂ ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; (ಆದರೂ ನೀನು ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯವಂತನೇ). ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ವವರ ದೂಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; ಅವರು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಲ್ಲ, ಸೈತಾನನ ಸಭಾಮಂದಿರದವರಾಗಿ ದ್ದಾರೆ.

10 ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಸಂಕಟಪಡಿಸುವವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ದಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆದರಬೇಡ. ಇಗೋ, ನೀವು ಶೋಧಿಸಲ್ಪಡು ವಂತೆ ಸೈತಾನನು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಮನೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಹಾಕುವನು; ಹತ್ತು ದಿವಸಗಳ ತನಕ ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಂಕಟವಿ ರುವದು. ನೀನು ಸಾಯಬೇಕಾದರೂ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತ ನಾಗಿರು; ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ

11 ಆತ್ಮನು ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವದನ್ನು ಕಿವಿಯುಳ್ಳವನು ಕೇಳಲಿ; ಜಯಹೊಂದುವವನಿಗೆ ಎರಡನೆಯ ಮರಣದಿಂದ ಕೇಡಾಗುವದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.

12 ಪೆರ್ಗಮದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಭೆಯ ದೂತನಿಗೆ ಬರೆ: ಹದವಾದ ಇಬ್ಬಾಯಿ ಕತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದಾತನು ಹೇಳು ವವುಗಳು ಯಾವವೆಂದರೆ,

13 ನಿನ್ನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ನೀನು ವಾಸಮಾಡುವ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನೂ ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; ಅದು ಸೈತಾನನ ಆಸನವಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಳವಾಗಿದೆ; ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಬಿಗಿಯಾಗಿ ಹಿಡುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀ; ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸೈತಾನನ ನಿವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತನಾದ ಹತಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾದ ಅಂತಿಪನು ಕೊಲ್ಲಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾದರೂ ನ

14 ಆದರೂ ನಿನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾದ ಕೆಲವು ವಿಷಯಗಳು ನನಗಿವೆ. ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಜ್ಞಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವ ದಕ್ಕೂ ಜಾರತ್ವ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮುಂದೆ ಮುಗ್ಗರಿಸುವ ಬಂಡೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಕ ಬೇಕೆಂದು ಬಿಳಾಮನು ಬಾಲಾಕನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಬೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು

15 ಅದರಂತೆ ನಾನು ಹಗೆ ಮಾಡುವ ನಿಕೊಲಾಯಿತರ ಬೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿರುವವರೂ ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

16 ಆದದರಿಂದ ಮಾನಸಾಂತರಪಡು, ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬೇಗನೆ ಬಂದು ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿ ಕತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡುವೆನು.

17 ಆತ್ಮನು ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವದನ್ನು ಕಿವಿಯುಳ್ಳವನು ಕೇಳಲಿ. ಯಾವನೂ ಜಯಹೊಂದುತ್ತಾನೋ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಮನ್ನವನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಕೊಡು ವೆನು; ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಹೆಸರು ಬರೆದಿರುವ ಬಿಳೀ ಕಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವೆನು ಅದನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದವನಿಗೇ ಹೊರತು ಅದು ಇನ್ನಾರಿಗೂ ತಿ

18 ಥುವತೈರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಭೆಯ ದೂತನಿಗೆ ಬರೆ: ಬೆಂಕಿಯ ಉರಿಯಂತಿರುವ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳೂ ಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ತಾಮ್ರದಂತಿರುವ ಪಾದಗಳುಳ್ಳ ದೇವಕುಮಾರನು ಹೇಳುವವುಗಳು ಯಾವವೆಂದರೆ,

19 ನಿನ್ನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನೂ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನೂ ನಿನ್ನ ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯನ್ನೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಕಡೇ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳು ಮೊದಲಿನ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದವುಗಳೆಂದು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು.

20 ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ನಿನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾದ ಕೆಲವು ವಿಷಯಗಳು ನನಗಿವೆ; ಅದೇ ನಂದರೆ, ಯೆಜೆಬೇಲೆಂಬ ಆ ಹೆಂಗಸು ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರವಾದಿ ನಿಯೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡು ಜಾರತ್ವ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಪಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವದಕ್ಕೂ ನನ್ನ ದಾಸರಿಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಅವರನ್ನು ವಂಚಿಸುತ್ತಿರು

21 ಅವಳು ಮಾಡಿದ ಜಾರತ್ವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾನ ಸಾಂತರಪಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟೆನು; ಆದರೆ ಅವಳು ಮಾನಸಾಂತರಪಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.

22 ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ಅವಳನ್ನು ಹಾಸಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳಿ ಗಾಗಿ ಮಾನಸಾಂತರಪಡದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮಹಾಸಂಕ ಟದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹಾಕುವೆನು.

23 ಅವಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಕೊಂದೇಕೊಲ್ಲುವೆನು; ಆಗ ನಾನು ಅಂತರಿಂದ್ರಿಯಗ ಳನ್ನೂ ಹೃದಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವವನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಂಬದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುವದು; ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕೊಡುವೆನು.

24 ಆದರೆ ನಿಮಗೂ ಥುವತೈರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಿಕ್ಕಾದವ ರಿಗೂ ನಾನು ಹೇಳುವದೇನಂದರೆ, ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿಕೊ ಳ್ಳುವಂಥ ಸೈತಾನನ ಅಗಾಧವಾದ ಬೋಧನೆಯು ಯಾರಾರಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ ಯಾರು ಅದನ್ನು ಅರಿ ಯದೆ ಇದ್ದಾರೋ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ನಾನು ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವ ಭಾರವನ್ನೂ ಹಾಕುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

25 ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ನಿಮಗಿರು ವದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಬರುವ ತನಕ ಬಿಗಿಯಾಗಿ ಹಿಡಿದು ಕೊಂಡಿರ್ರಿ.

26 ಯಾವನು ಜಯಹೊಂದಿ ನನ್ನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡೇವರೆಗೂ ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೋ ಅವನಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಕೊಡು ತ್ತೇನೆ.

27 ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾ ರವೇ ಅವನು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನು ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ಕೋಲಿನಿಂದ ಆಳುವನು; ಅವರು ಕುಂಬಾರನ ಮಡಿಕೆಗಳಂತೆ ಒಡೆದು ಚೂರಾಗುವರು.

28 ನಾನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಉದಯನಕ್ಷತ್ರ ವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವೆನು.

29 ಆತ್ಮನು ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವ ದನ್ನು ಕಿವಿಯುಳ್ಳವನು ಕೇಳಲಿ.

1 Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;

2 I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:

3 And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name’s sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.

4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

8 And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;

9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

12 And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;

13 I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan’s seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.

14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.

15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate.

16 Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.

17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

18 And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass;

19 I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.

20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

23 And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

24 But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.

25 But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.

26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.

28 And I will give him the morning star.

29 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
