ಯಾಕೋ ಬನು ಪ್ರಯಾಣಮಾಡಿ ಸುಕ್ಕೋತಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು; ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ತನ್ನ ಮಂದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಟ್ಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಿದನು. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಆ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಕ್ಕೋತ್‌ ಎಂದು ಹೆಸರಾಯಿತು.
