ಅರಸನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನರಿಗೂ--ಈ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವ ರಾದ ಕರ್ತನ ಪಸ್ಕವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿ ಸಿದನು.
