2 Chronicles 13:11
ಅವರು ಪ್ರತಿ ಉದಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ದಹನಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸುಗಂಧ ಧೂಪವನ್ನೂ ಸುಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಮೇಜಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಇಡುವದುಂಟು; ಪ್ರತಿ ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂಗಾರದ ದೀಪಸ್ಥಂಭವನ್ನೂ ಅದರ ದೀಪ ಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿ ಹಚ್ಚುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಯನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ; ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಆತನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಇಗೋ, ದೇವರು ತಾನೇ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ.
