ಹೀಗೆ ಸೌಲನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ದೊರೆ ತನ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಸುತ್ತಲಿರುವ ತನ್ನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಶತ್ರುಗ ಳಾದ ಮೋವಾಬ್ಯರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಅಮ್ಮೋನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಎದೋಮ್ಯರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಚೋಬದ ಅರಸುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಯುದ್ಧಮಾಡಿದನು. ಯಾರ ಮೇಲೆ ತಿರುಗಿದನೋ ಅವರನ್ನು ಪೀಡಿಸಿದನು.
