ಉದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಕೂಸಿಗೆ ಮೊಲೆ ಕೊಡಲು ಎದ್ದಾಗ ಇಗೋ, ಅದು ಸತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಉದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಯೋಚಿಸಿದಾಗ ಇಗೋ, ಅದು ನಾನು ಹೆತ್ತ ಮಗುವಾಗಿದ್ದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದಳು.

ಸಮುದ್ರದ ವಿಕಾರವಾದ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳಾ ದರೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೆಚ್ಚಲನ್ನು ಹೊರ ಎಳೆದು ತಮ್ಮ ಮರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೊಲೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತವೆ; ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಜನರ ಮಗಳು ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಉಷ್ಟ್ರಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳ ಹಾಗೆ ಕ್ರೂರವಾಗಿ ದ್ದಾಳೆ.
