ಅವನು ಮಿಲ್ಲೋವು ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಪಟ್ಟಣವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದನು. ಆದರೆ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿಕ್ಕದ್ದನ್ನು ಯೋವಾಬನು ದುರಸ್ತು ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ದನು.
