Joel 1:20
वन-पशु भी तेरे लिये हांफते हैं, क्योंकि जल के सोते सूख गए, और जंगल की चराइयां आग का कौर हो गईं॥

| and the fire | וְאֵ֕שׁ | wĕʾēš | veh-AYSH |
| devoured hath | אָכְלָ֖ה | ʾoklâ | oke-LA |
| the pastures | נְא֥וֹת | nĕʾôt | neh-OTE |
