भजन संहिता 51:19
तब तू धर्म के बलिदानों से अर्थात सर्वांग पशुओं के होमबलि से प्रसन्न होगा; तब लोग तेरी वेदी पर बैल चढ़ाएंगे॥

அந்த தூதன் அம்மனிதனிடம் இரக்கம் காட்டலாம். அத்தூதன் தேவனிடம், ‘மரணத்தின் இடத்திலிருந்து அம்மனிதனைக் காப்பாற்றும். அவன் பாவத்திற்குப் பரிகாரமாக நான் ஒரு வழியைக் கண்டு பிடித்திருக்கிறேன்’ எனலாம்.
