और यहोवा पृथ्वी पर मनुष्य को बनाने से पछताया, और वह मन में अति खेदित हुआ।

| grieved it and | וַיִּתְעַצֵּ֖ב | wayyitʿaṣṣēb | va-yeet-ah-TSAVE |
| him at | אֶל | ʾel | el |
| his heart. | לִבּֽוֹ׃ | libbô | lee-boh |
