Deuteronomy 23:21
जब तू अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा के लिये मन्नत माने, तो उसके पूरी करने में विलम्ब न करना; क्योंकि तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा उसे निश्चय तुझ से ले लेगा, और विलम्ब करने से तू पापी ठहरेगा।
