સિમોન પિતર અને બીજો એક ઈસુનો શિષ્ય ઈસુને અનુસર્યા. આ શિષ્ય પ્રમુખ યાજકને જાણતો હતો. તેથી તે ઈસુની સાથે પ્રમુખ યાજકના મકાનના વરંડામાં ગયો.
