Ruth 1:16
પરંતુ રૂથે જવાબ આપ્યો, “મને તમાંરાથી વિખૂટી પાડવાનો આગ્રહ કરશો નહિ. તમે જયાં જશો ત્યાં હું જઈશ. અને તમે રહેશો ત્યાંજ હું રહીશ. તમાંરા લોકો એ માંરા લોકો અને તમાંરા દેવ એ માંરા દેવ થશે.

| thou goest, | אֲשֶׁ֨ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| go; will I | תֵּֽלְכִ֜י | tēlĕkî | tay-leh-HEE |

| thou lodgest, | וּבַֽאֲשֶׁ֤ר | ûbaʾăšer | oo-va-uh-SHER |
| I will lodge: | תָּלִ֙ינִי֙ | tālîniy | ta-LEE-NEE |
| people thy | אָלִ֔ין | ʾālîn | ah-LEEN |
| shall be my people, | עַמֵּ֣ךְ | ʿammēk | ah-MAKE |
| God thy and | עַמִּ֔י | ʿammî | ah-MEE |
| my God: | וֵֽאלֹהַ֖יִךְ | wēʾlōhayik | vay-loh-HA-yeek |
