Nahum 2:3
તેના યોદ્ધાઓની ઢાલોનો રંગ લાલ છે. અતિ શકિતશાળી માણસો લાલ રંગના પોષાકમાં છે. ચમકારા મારતા તેના રથો યુદ્ધ માટે તૈયાર થઇ રહ્યા છે. તેમના વૃક્ષો હલાવાઇ રહ્યાં છે.

તે એ કે મને રાત્રે સંદર્શન થયું, એક માણસ રાતા ઘોડા પર સવાર થયેલો હતો. તે એક ખીણમાં મેંદીના છોડ વચ્ચે ઊભો હતો, અને તેની પાછળ બીજા રાતા; કાબરચીતરા અને સફેદ ઘોડાઓ હતા, હું બોલી ઊઠયો.

હે સરૂના વૃક્ષ, વિલાપ કરો, કારણ, દેવદારવૃક્ષ પડી ગયું છે અને મજબૂત વૃક્ષો ઊંચકીને લઇ જવામાં આવશે. બાશાનનાઁ ઓકવૃક્ષો વિલાપ કરો, કારણ, ગાઢ જંગલ ખાલી થઇ ગયું છે!
પ્રકટીકરણ 6:4
પછી બીજો એક ઘોડો બહાર આવ્યો. આ એક લાલ ઘોડો હતો. તે ઘોડા પર જે સવાર હતો તેને પૃથ્વી પરથી શાંતિ લઈ લેવાની સત્તા આપવામાં આવી, જેથી લોકો એકબીજાને મારી નાખે તેવી તેને સત્તા આપવામાં આવી હતી. આ સવારને એક મોટી તલવાર આપવામાં આવી હતી.

પછી આકાશમાં બીજુ એક ચિન્હ દેખાયું: ત્યા એક મોટો લાલ અજગર હતો. તે અજગરને સાત માથાં પર સાત મુગટ, દરેક માથાં પર એક મુગટ હતો. તે અજગરને દસ શિંગડા પણ હતાં.
