וַיַּ֣רְא when va-YAHR בִּלְעָ֗ם Balaam beel-AM כִּ֣י saw kee ט֞וֹב that tove בְּעֵינֵ֤י it beh-ay-NAY יְהוָה֙ pleased yeh-VA לְבָרֵ֣ךְ leh-va-RAKE אֶת the et יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל Lord yees-ra-ALE וְלֹֽא to veh-LOH הָלַ֥ךְ bless ha-LAHK כְּפַֽעַם keh-FA-am בְּפַ֖עַם Israel, beh-FA-am לִקְרַ֣את he leek-RAHT נְחָשִׁ֑ים went neh-ha-SHEEM וַיָּ֥שֶׁת not, va-YA-shet אֶל as el הַמִּדְבָּ֖ר at ha-meed-BAHR פָּנָֽיו׃ other pa-NAIV -
וַיִּשָּׂ֨א Balaam va-yee-SA בִלְעָ֜ם lifted veel-AM אֶת up et עֵינָ֗יו ay-NAV וַיַּרְא֙ his va-yahr אֶת eyes, et יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל and yees-ra-ALE שֹׁכֵ֖ן he shoh-HANE לִשְׁבָטָ֑יו saw leesh-va-TAV וַתְּהִ֥י va-teh-HEE עָלָ֖יו Israel ah-LAV ר֥וּחַ abiding ROO-ak אֱלֹהִֽים׃ in ay-loh-HEEM -
וַיִּשָּׂ֥א he va-yee-SA מְשָׁל֖וֹ took meh-sha-LOH וַיֹּאמַ֑ר up va-yoh-MAHR נְאֻ֤ם his neh-OOM בִּלְעָם֙ parable, beel-AM בְּנ֣וֹ and beh-NOH בְעֹ֔ר said, veh-ORE וּנְאֻ֥ם Balaam oo-neh-OOM הַגֶּ֖בֶר the ha-ɡEH-ver שְׁתֻ֥ם son sheh-TOOM הָעָֽיִן׃ of ha-AH-yeen -
נְאֻ֕ם hath neh-OOM שֹׁמֵ֖עַ said, shoh-MAY-ah אִמְרֵי which eem-RAY אֵ֑ל heard ale אֲשֶׁ֨ר the uh-SHER מַֽחֲזֵ֤ה words ma-huh-ZAY שַׁדַּי֙ of sha-DA יֶֽחֱזֶ֔ה God, yeh-hay-ZEH נֹפֵ֖ל which noh-FALE וּגְל֥וּי saw oo-ɡeh-LOO עֵינָֽיִם׃ the ay-NA-yeem -
מַה goodly ma טֹּ֥בוּ are TOH-voo אֹֽהָלֶ֖יךָ thy oh-ha-LAY-ha יַֽעֲקֹ֑ב tents, ya-uh-KOVE מִשְׁכְּנֹתֶ֖יךָ O meesh-keh-noh-TAY-ha יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ Jacob, yees-ra-ALE -
כִּנְחָלִ֣ים the keen-ha-LEEM נִטָּ֔יוּ valleys nee-TA-yoo כְּגַנֹּ֖ת are keh-ɡa-NOTE עֲלֵ֣י they uh-LAY נָהָ֑ר spread na-HAHR כַּֽאֲהָלִים֙ forth, ka-uh-ha-LEEM נָטַ֣ע as na-TA יְהוָ֔ה gardens yeh-VA כַּֽאֲרָזִ֖ים by ka-uh-ra-ZEEM עֲלֵי the uh-LAY מָֽיִם׃ river's MA-yeem -
יִֽזַּל shall YEE-zahl מַ֙יִם֙ pour MA-YEEM מִדָּ֣לְיָ֔ו the mee-DA-leh-YAHV וְזַרְע֖וֹ water veh-zahr-OH בְּמַ֣יִם out beh-MA-yeem רַבִּ֑ים of ra-BEEM וְיָרֹ֤ם his veh-ya-ROME מֵֽאֲגַג֙ buckets, may-uh-ɡAHɡ מַלְכּ֔וֹ and mahl-KOH וְתִנַּשֵּׂ֖א his veh-tee-na-SAY מַלְכֻתֽוֹ׃ seed mahl-hoo-TOH -
אֵ֚ל brought ale מֽוֹצִיא֣וֹ him moh-tsee-OH מִמִּצְרַ֔יִם forth mee-meets-RA-yeem כְּתֽוֹעֲפֹ֥ת out keh-toh-uh-FOTE רְאֵ֖ם of reh-AME ל֑וֹ Egypt; loh יֹאכַ֞ל he yoh-HAHL גּוֹיִ֣ם hath ɡoh-YEEM צָרָ֗יו as tsa-RAV וְעַצְמֹֽתֵיהֶ֛ם it veh-ats-moh-tay-HEM יְגָרֵ֖ם were yeh-ɡa-RAME וְחִצָּ֥יו the veh-hee-TSAV יִמְחָֽץ׃ strength yeem-HAHTS -
כָּרַ֨ע couched, ka-RA שָׁכַ֧ב he sha-HAHV כַּֽאֲרִ֛י lay ka-uh-REE וּכְלָבִ֖יא down oo-heh-la-VEE מִ֣י as mee יְקִימֶ֑נּוּ a yeh-kee-MEH-noo מְבָֽרְכֶ֣יךָ lion, meh-va-reh-HAY-ha בָר֔וּךְ and va-ROOK וְאֹֽרְרֶ֖יךָ as veh-oh-reh-RAY-ha אָרֽוּר׃ a ah-ROOR -
וַיִּֽחַר Balak's va-YEE-hahr אַ֤ף anger af בָּלָק֙ was ba-LAHK אֶל kindled el בִּלְעָ֔ם against beel-AM וַיִּסְפֹּ֖ק Balaam, va-yees-POKE אֶת and et כַּפָּ֑יו he ka-PAV וַיֹּ֨אמֶר smote va-YOH-mer בָּלָ֜ק his ba-LAHK אֶל hands el בִּלְעָ֗ם together: beel-AM לָקֹ֤ב la-KOVE אֹֽיְבַי֙ and oh-yeh-VA קְרָאתִ֔יךָ Balak keh-ra-TEE-ha וְהִנֵּה֙ said veh-hee-NAY בֵּרַ֣כְתָּ unto bay-RAHK-ta בָרֵ֔ךְ Balaam, va-RAKE זֶ֖ה I zeh שָׁלֹ֥שׁ called sha-LOHSH פְּעָמִֽים׃ thee peh-ah-MEEM -
וְעַתָּ֖ה now veh-ah-TA בְּרַח flee beh-RAHK לְךָ֣ thou leh-HA אֶל to el מְקוֹמֶ֑ךָ thy meh-koh-MEH-ha אָמַ֙רְתִּי֙ place: ah-MAHR-TEE כַּבֵּ֣ד I ka-BADE אֲכַבֶּדְךָ֔ thought uh-ha-bed-HA וְהִנֵּ֛ה to veh-hee-NAY מְנָֽעֲךָ֥ promote meh-na-uh-HA יְהוָ֖ה thee yeh-VA מִכָּבֽוֹד׃ unto mee-ka-VODE -
וַיֹּ֥אמֶר Balaam va-YOH-mer בִּלְעָ֖ם said beel-AM אֶל unto el בָּלָ֑ק Balak, ba-LAHK הֲלֹ֗א Spake huh-LOH גַּ֧ם I ɡahm אֶל not el מַלְאָכֶ֛יךָ also mahl-ah-HAY-ha אֲשֶׁר to uh-SHER שָׁלַ֥חְתָּ thy sha-LAHK-ta אֵלַ֖י messengers ay-LAI דִּבַּ֥רְתִּי which dee-BAHR-tee לֵאמֹֽר׃ thou lay-MORE -

וְהָיָ֨ה Edom veh-ha-YA אֱד֜וֹם shall ay-DOME יְרֵשָׁ֗ה be yeh-ray-SHA וְהָיָ֧ה a veh-ha-YA יְרֵשָׁ֛ה possession, yeh-ray-SHA שֵׂעִ֖יר Seir say-EER אֹֽיְבָ֑יו also oh-yeh-VAV וְיִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל shall veh-yees-ra-ALE עֹ֥שֶׂה be OH-seh חָֽיִל׃ a HA-yeel -
וְיֵ֖רְדְּ of veh-YAY-red מִֽיַּעֲקֹ֑ב Jacob mee-ya-uh-KOVE וְהֶֽאֱבִ֥יד shall veh-heh-ay-VEED שָׂרִ֖יד come sa-REED מֵעִֽיר׃ he may-EER -
וַיַּרְא֙ when va-yahr אֶת he et עֲמָלֵ֔ק looked uh-ma-LAKE וַיִּשָּׂ֥א on va-yee-SA מְשָׁל֖וֹ meh-sha-LOH וַיֹּאמַ֑ר Amalek, va-yoh-MAHR רֵאשִׁ֤ית he ray-SHEET גּוֹיִם֙ took ɡoh-YEEM עֲמָלֵ֔ק up uh-ma-LAKE וְאַֽחֲרִית֖וֹ his veh-ah-huh-ree-TOH עֲדֵ֥י parable, uh-DAY אֹבֵֽד׃ and oh-VADE -
וַיַּרְא֙ he va-yahr אֶת looked et הַקֵּינִ֔י on ha-kay-NEE וַיִּשָּׂ֥א va-yee-SA מְשָׁל֖וֹ the meh-sha-LOH וַיֹּאמַ֑ר Kenites, va-yoh-MAHR אֵיתָן֙ and ay-TAHN מֽוֹשָׁבֶ֔ךָ took moh-sha-VEH-ha וְשִׂ֥ים up veh-SEEM בַּסֶּ֖לַע his ba-SEH-la קִנֶּֽךָ׃ parable, kee-NEH-ha -

וַיָּ֣קָם Balaam va-YA-kome בִּלְעָ֔ם rose beel-AM וַיֵּ֖לֶךְ up, va-YAY-lek וַיָּ֣שָׁב and va-YA-shove לִמְקֹמ֑וֹ went leem-koh-MOH וְגַם and veh-ɡAHM בָּלָ֖ק returned ba-LAHK הָלַ֥ךְ to ha-LAHK לְדַרְכּֽוֹ׃ his leh-dahr-KOH
