Numbers 20:19
ઇસ્રાએલીઓએ કહ્યું, “અમે રાજમાંર્ગ થઈને ચાલ્યા જઈશું. જો અમે અને અમાંરાં પશુઓ તમાંરું પાણી પીશું તો અમે તેની રકમ ચૂકવીશું. અમે ફકત તમાંરા દેશમાં થઈને પગપાળા જવાની રજા માંગીએ છીએ.”

| drink | אֲנִ֣י | ʾănî | uh-NEE |
| water, thy of | וּמִקְנַ֔י | ûmiqnay | oo-meek-NAI |
| then I will pay | וְנָֽתַתִּ֖י | wĕnātattî | veh-na-ta-TEE |
| מִכְרָ֑ם | mikrām | meek-RAHM | |
| only, will I it: for | רַ֥ק | raq | rahk |
| without | אֵין | ʾên | ane |
| doing any thing | דָּבָ֖ר | dābār | da-VAHR |
