અને તેથી સાતમાં મહિનાનાં પહેલા દિવસે યાજક એઝરા, સ્ત્રીઓ અને પુરુષો તેમજ સમજણાં થયેલાં બાળકોની સભા સમક્ષ નિયમશાસ્ત્ર લઇ આવ્યો. જેઓ સાંભળીને સમજી શકતા હતાં.
