ત્યારબાદ મેં મારા કપડા પર પડેલી ઘડીઓ ખંખેરતા કહ્યું, “જે માણસ પોતાનું વચન ન પાળે તેની પાસેથી દેવ તેનું ઘર અને મિલકત આ રીતે ખંખેરી લો; એને ખંખેરીને ખાલી કરી નાખો.”તેથી ત્યાં ભેગા થયેલા બધા લોકો બોલી ઊઠયા, “આમીન!” પછી તેઓએ યહોવાની સ્તુતિ કરી. અને તેઓ બધા આપેલા વચન પ્રમાણે ર્વત્યા.
