אֱמָר now ay-MAHR נָ֗א to na אֶל Zerubbabel el זְרֻבָּבֶ֤ל the zeh-roo-ba-VEL בֶּן son ben שַׁלְתִּיאֵל֙ of shahl-tee-ALE פַּחַ֣ת Shealtiel, pa-HAHT יְהוּדָ֔ה governor yeh-hoo-DA וְאֶל of veh-EL יְהוֹשֻׁ֥עַ Judah, yeh-hoh-SHOO-ah בֶּן and ben יְהוֹצָדָ֖ק to yeh-hoh-tsa-DAHK הַכֹּהֵ֣ן Joshua ha-koh-HANE הַגָּד֑וֹל the ha-ɡa-DOLE וְאֶל son veh-EL שְׁאֵרִ֥ית of sheh-ay-REET הָעָ֖ם Josedech, ha-AM לֵאמֹֽר׃ the lay-MORE -
מִ֤י is mee בָכֶם֙ left va-HEM הַנִּשְׁאָ֔ר among ha-neesh-AR אֲשֶׁ֤ר you uh-SHER רָאָה֙ that ra-AH אֶת saw et הַבַּ֣יִת ha-BA-yeet הַזֶּ֔ה this ha-ZEH בִּכְבוֹד֖וֹ house beek-voh-DOH הָרִאשׁ֑וֹן in ha-ree-SHONE וּמָ֨ה her oo-MA אַתֶּ֜ם first ah-TEM רֹאִ֤ים glory? roh-EEM אֹתוֹ֙ and oh-TOH עַ֔תָּה how AH-ta הֲל֥וֹא do huh-LOH כָמֹ֛הוּ ye ha-MOH-hoo כְּאַ֖יִן see keh-AH-yeen בְּעֵינֵיכֶֽם׃ it beh-ay-nay-HEM -
וְעַתָּ֣ה now veh-ah-TA חֲזַ֣ק be huh-ZAHK זְרֻבָּבֶ֣ל׀ strong, zeh-roo-ba-VEL נְאֻם O neh-OOM יְהוָ֡ה Zerubbabel, yeh-VA וַחֲזַ֣ק saith va-huh-ZAHK יְהוֹשֻׁ֣עַ the yeh-hoh-SHOO-ah בֶּן Lord; ben יְהוֹצָדָק֩ and yeh-hoh-tsa-DAHK הַכֹּהֵ֨ן be ha-koh-HANE הַגָּד֜וֹל strong, ha-ɡa-DOLE וַחֲזַ֨ק O va-huh-ZAHK כָּל Joshua, kahl עַ֥ם son am הָאָ֛רֶץ of ha-AH-rets נְאֻם Josedech, neh-OOM יְהוָ֖ה the yeh-VA וַֽעֲשׂ֑וּ high va-uh-SOO כִּֽי priest; kee אֲנִ֣י and uh-NEE אִתְּכֶ֔ם be ee-teh-HEM נְאֻ֖ם strong, neh-OOM יְהוָ֥ה all yeh-VA צְבָאֽוֹת׃ ye tseh-va-OTE -
אֶֽת to et הַדָּבָ֞ר ha-da-VAHR אֲשֶׁר the uh-SHER כָּרַ֤תִּי word ka-RA-tee אִתְּכֶם֙ that ee-teh-HEM בְּצֵאתְכֶ֣ם I beh-tsay-teh-HEM מִמִּצְרַ֔יִם covenanted mee-meets-RA-yeem וְרוּחִ֖י with veh-roo-HEE עֹמֶ֣דֶת you oh-MEH-det בְּתוֹכְכֶ֑ם when beh-toh-heh-HEM אַל ye al תִּירָֽאוּ׃ came tee-ra-OO -
כִּ֣י thus kee כֹ֤ה saith hoh אָמַר֙ the ah-MAHR יְהוָ֣ה Lord yeh-VA צְבָא֔וֹת of tseh-va-OTE ע֥וֹד hosts; ode אַחַ֖ת Yet ah-HAHT מְעַ֣ט once, meh-AT הִ֑יא it hee וַאֲנִ֗י is va-uh-NEE מַרְעִישׁ֙ a mahr-EESH אֶת little et הַשָּׁמַ֣יִם while, ha-sha-MA-yeem וְאֶת and veh-ET הָאָ֔רֶץ I ha-AH-rets וְאֶת will veh-ET הַיָּ֖ם shake ha-YAHM וְאֶת veh-ET הֶחָרָבָֽה׃ the heh-ha-ra-VA -
וְהִרְעַשְׁתִּי֙ I veh-heer-ash-TEE אֶת will et כָּל shake kahl הַגּוֹיִ֔ם ha-ɡoh-YEEM וּבָ֖אוּ all oo-VA-oo חֶמְדַּ֣ת nations, hem-DAHT כָּל and kahl הַגּוֹיִ֑ם the ha-ɡoh-YEEM וּמִלֵּאתִ֞י desire oo-mee-lay-TEE אֶת of et הַבַּ֤יִת all ha-BA-yeet הַזֶּה֙ nations ha-ZEH כָּב֔וֹד shall ka-VODE אָמַ֖ר come: ah-MAHR יְהוָ֥ה and yeh-VA צְבָאֽוֹת׃ I tseh-va-OTE -

כֹּ֥ה saith koh אָמַ֖ר the ah-MAHR יְהוָ֣ה Lord yeh-VA צְבָא֑וֹת of tseh-va-OTE שְׁאַל hosts; sheh-AL נָ֧א Ask na אֶת now et הַכֹּהֲנִ֛ים ha-koh-huh-NEEM תּוֹרָ֖ה the toh-RA לֵאמֹֽר׃ priests lay-MORE -
הֵ֣ן׀ one hane יִשָּׂא bear yee-SA אִ֨ישׁ holy eesh בְּשַׂר flesh beh-SAHR קֹ֜דֶשׁ in KOH-desh בִּכְנַ֣ף the beek-NAHF בִּגְד֗וֹ skirt beeɡ-DOH וְנָגַ֣ע of veh-na-ɡA בִּ֠כְנָפוֹ his BEEK-na-foh אֶל garment, el הַלֶּ֨חֶם and ha-LEH-hem וְאֶל with veh-EL הַנָּזִ֜יד his ha-na-ZEED וְאֶל skirt veh-EL הַיַּ֧יִן do ha-YA-yeen וְאֶל touch veh-EL שֶׁ֛מֶן SHEH-men וְאֶל bread, veh-EL כָּל or kahl מַאֲכָ֖ל pottage, ma-uh-HAHL הֲיִקְדָּ֑שׁ or huh-yeek-DAHSH וַיַּעֲנ֧וּ wine, va-ya-uh-NOO הַכֹּהֲנִ֛ים or ha-koh-huh-NEEM וַיֹּאמְר֖וּ oil, va-yoh-meh-ROO לֹֽא׃ or loh -
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר said va-YOH-mer חַגַּ֔י Haggai, ha-ɡAI אִם If eem יִגַּ֧ע one yee-ɡA טְמֵא that teh-MAY נֶ֛פֶשׁ is NEH-fesh בְּכָל unclean beh-HAHL אֵ֖לֶּה by A-leh הֲיִטְמָ֑א a huh-yeet-MA וַיַּעֲנ֧וּ dead va-ya-uh-NOO הַכֹּהֲנִ֛ים body ha-koh-huh-NEEM וַיֹּאמְר֖וּ touch va-yoh-meh-ROO יִטְמָֽא׃ any yeet-MA -
וַיַּ֨עַן answered va-YA-an חַגַּ֜י Haggai, ha-ɡAI וַיֹּ֗אמֶר and va-YOH-mer כֵּ֣ן said, kane הָֽעָם So HA-ome הַ֠זֶּה is HA-zeh וְכֵן this veh-HANE הַגּ֨וֹי people, HA-ɡoy הַזֶּ֤ה and ha-ZEH לְפָנַי֙ so leh-fa-NA נְאֻם is neh-OOM יְהוָ֔ה this yeh-VA וְכֵ֖ן nation veh-HANE כָּל before kahl מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה me, ma-uh-SAY יְדֵיהֶ֑ם saith yeh-day-HEM וַאֲשֶׁ֥ר the va-uh-SHER יַקְרִ֛יבוּ Lord; yahk-REE-voo שָׁ֖ם and shahm טָמֵ֥א so ta-MAY הֽוּא׃ is hoo -
וְעַתָּה֙ now, veh-ah-TA שִֽׂימוּ I SEE-moo נָ֣א pray na לְבַבְכֶ֔ם you, leh-vahv-HEM מִן consider meen הַיּ֥וֹם HA-yome הַזֶּ֖ה from ha-ZEH וָמָ֑עְלָה this va-MA-eh-la מִטֶּ֧רֶם day mee-TEH-rem שֽׂוּם and soom אֶ֛בֶן upward, EH-ven אֶל from el אֶ֖בֶן before EH-ven בְּהֵיכַ֥ל a beh-hay-HAHL יְהוָֽה׃ stone yeh-VA -
מִֽהְיוֹתָ֥ם those mee-heh-yoh-TAHM בָּא֙ days ba אֶל were, el עֲרֵמַ֣ת when uh-ray-MAHT עֶשְׂרִ֔ים one es-REEM וְהָיְתָ֖ה came veh-hai-TA עֲשָׂרָ֑ה to uh-sa-RA בָּ֣א an ba אֶל heap el הַיֶּ֗קֶב of ha-YEH-kev לַחְשֹׂף֙ twenty lahk-SOFE חֲמִשִּׁ֣ים measures, huh-mee-SHEEM פּוּרָ֔ה there poo-RA וְהָיְתָ֖ה were veh-hai-TA עֶשְׂרִֽים׃ but es-REEM -
הִכֵּ֨יתִי smote hee-KAY-tee אֶתְכֶ֜ם you et-HEM בַּשִּׁדָּפ֤וֹן with ba-shee-da-FONE וּבַיֵּֽרָקוֹן֙ blasting oo-va-yay-ra-KONE וּבַבָּרָ֔ד and oo-va-ba-RAHD אֵ֖ת with ate כָּל mildew kahl מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה and ma-uh-SAY יְדֵיכֶ֑ם with yeh-day-HEM וְאֵין hail veh-ANE אֶתְכֶ֥ם in et-HEM אֵלַ֖י all ay-LAI נְאֻם the neh-OOM יְהוָֽה׃ labours yeh-VA -
שִׂימוּ see-MOO נָ֣א now na לְבַבְכֶ֔ם from leh-vahv-HEM מִן this meen הַיּ֥וֹם day HA-yome הַזֶּ֖ה and ha-ZEH וָמָ֑עְלָה upward, va-MA-eh-la מִיּוֹם֩ from mee-YOME עֶשְׂרִ֨ים the es-REEM וְאַרְבָּעָ֜ה four veh-ar-ba-AH לַתְּשִׁיעִ֗י and la-teh-shee-EE לְמִן twentieth leh-MEEN הַיּ֛וֹם day HA-yome אֲשֶׁר of uh-SHER יֻסַּ֥ד the yoo-SAHD הֵֽיכַל ninth HAY-hahl יְהוָ֖ה month, yeh-VA שִׂ֥ימוּ even SEE-moo לְבַבְכֶֽם׃ from leh-vahv-HEM -
הַע֤וֹד the ha-ODE הַזֶּ֙רַע֙ seed ha-ZEH-RA בַּמְּגוּרָ֔ה yet ba-meh-ɡoo-RA וְעַד in veh-AD הַגֶּ֨פֶן the ha-ɡEH-fen וְהַתְּאֵנָ֧ה barn? veh-ha-teh-ay-NA וְהָרִמּ֛וֹן yea, veh-ha-REE-mone וְעֵ֥ץ as veh-AYTS הַזַּ֖יִת yet ha-ZA-yeet לֹ֣א the loh נָשָׂ֑א vine, na-SA מִן and meen הַיּ֥וֹם the HA-yome הַזֶּ֖ה fig ha-ZEH אֲבָרֵֽךְ׃ tree, uh-va-RAKE -

אֱמֹ֕ר to ay-MORE אֶל Zerubbabel, el זְרֻבָּבֶ֥ל governor zeh-roo-ba-VEL פַּֽחַת of PA-haht יְהוּדָ֖ה Judah, yeh-hoo-DA לֵאמֹ֑ר saying, lay-MORE אֲנִ֣י I uh-NEE מַרְעִ֔ישׁ will mahr-EESH אֶת shake et הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם ha-sha-MA-yeem וְאֶת the veh-ET הָאָֽרֶץ׃ heavens ha-AH-rets -
