સમગ્ર ઇસ્રાએલમાં એક પણ ઇસ્રાએલી લુહાર શોધ્યો જડતો ન હતો. કારણ, પલિસ્તીઓએ ઇસ્રાએલીઆને લોઢાની તરવાર અને ભાલા બનાવવાની કળા શીખવી હતી નહિ તેના કારણે તેઓ ઇસ્રાએલીઓથી ડરતા હતા.
