આ પ્રશ્રનો ઉત્તર આપતા ઈસુએ કહ્યું, “એક માણસ યરૂશાલેમથી યરેખોના રસ્તેથી જતો હતો. કેટલાએક લૂંટારાઓએ તેને ઘેર્યો. તેઓએ તેનાં વસ્ત્રો ઉતારી લીધાં અને માર્યો. પછી તે લૂંટારાઓ તે માણસને જમીન પર પડેલો છોડીને ચાલ્યા ગયા. તે લગભગ મરી ગયો હતો.
