1 પ્રિય મિત્રો, દેવ તરફથી આપણને આ વચનો મળ્યાં છે. તેથી આપણે આપણી જાતને નિર્મળ બનાવવી જોઈએ-કોઈ પણ વસ્તુ જે શરીર કે આત્માને મલિન બનાવે, આપણે તેનાથી મુક્ત જીવન પદ્ધતિમાં યથાર્થ બનવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરવો જોઈએ, કારણ કે આપણે દેવનો આદર કરીએ છીએ.
2 Corinthians 6:14
જે લોકો અવિશ્વાસી છે તેવા તમે નથી. તેથી તેઓની સોબત ન રાખો. સારા અને નરસાનું સહઅસ્તિત્વ નથી હોતું. પ્રકાશને અંધકાર સાથે સંગત ન હોઈ શકે.

તમાંરે યાજકને પવિત્ર ગણવો જોઈએ, કારણ કે મને અર્પણ ધરાવનાર તે છે. તમાંરે તેને પવિત્ર ગણવો જોઈએ, કારણ હું યહોવા પવિત્ર છું અને તમને પવિત્ર બનાવું છું.
