બીજે દિવસે સવારે લોકોની અવરજવર શરૂ થઈ ત્યારે લોકોએ જોયું કે બઆલની વેદીને તોડી નાખી છે, તેની પાસેની અશેરા દેવીનો સ્તંભ તોડી નાખવામાં આવ્યો છે. તેઓએ એક નવી બાંધેલી વેદી પણ જોઈ જ્યાં બીજા બળદનું અર્પણ કરાયું હતું.
