Joshua 2:22
પેલા માંણસો પહાડોમાં છુપાઈને ત્રણ દિવસ સુધી ત્યાં રહ્યા. એમનો પીછો પકડનારાઓ આખા દેશમાં એમને શોધી શોધીને થાક્યા અને અંતે પાછા ફર્યા.

| there | שָׁם֙ | šām | shahm |
| three | שְׁלֹ֣שֶׁת | šĕlōšet | sheh-LOH-shet |
| days, | יָמִ֔ים | yāmîm | ya-MEEM |
| until | עַד | ʿad | ad |
| pursuers the | שָׁ֖בוּ | šābû | SHA-voo |
| were returned: | הָרֹֽדְפִ֑ים | hārōdĕpîm | ha-roh-deh-FEEM |
| and the pursuers | וַיְבַקְשׁ֧וּ | waybaqšû | vai-vahk-SHOO |
| sought | הָרֹֽדְפִ֛ים | hārōdĕpîm | ha-roh-deh-FEEM |
| all throughout them | בְּכָל | bĕkāl | beh-HAHL |
| the way, | הַדֶּ֖רֶךְ | hadderek | ha-DEH-rek |
| but found | וְלֹ֥א | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| them not. | מָצָֽאוּ׃ | māṣāʾû | ma-tsa-OO |
