નિકોદેમસ યૂસફ સાથે ગયો. નિકોદેમસ તે માણસ હતો જે અગાઉ રાત્રે ઈસુ પાસે આવ્યો હતો અને તેની સાથે વાતો કરી હતી. નિકોદેમસ આશરે 100 શેર સુગંધી દ્રવ્ય લાવ્યો. આ એક બોર તથા અગરનું મિશ્રણ હતું.
