ત્યારબાદ યમિર્યાએ બીજું ઓળિયું લીધું અને નેરિયાના પુત્ર બારૂખ લહિયાને લખવા આપ્યું. પછી પહેલાં લખાયું હતું તે સર્વ તેણે બારૂખને ફરીથી લખાવ્યું, પરંતુ આ વખતે યહોવાએ તેમાં ઘણાં વચનો ઉમેર્યા.
