જ્યાં અદેખાઇ તથા સ્વાર્થી મહત્વાકાંક્ષા છે, ત્યાં અવ્યવસ્થા તથા સર્વ પ્રકારની ભૂડાઇ પ્રવર્તતી રહેશે.
