James 3:12
મારા ભાઈઓ અને બહેનો, શું અંજીરી પરથી જૈતફળો અને દ્ધાક્ષાવેલા પરથી અંજીરી મેળવી શકાય છે! ના! અને એ રીતે તમે ખારા પાણીના કૂવામાંથી મીઠું પાણી કદી મેળવી શકો નહિ.

Romans 11:16
જો રોટલીનો પ્રથમ ટૂકડો દેવને અર્પણ કરવામાં આવે છે, તો તે આખી રોટલી પવિત્ર બની જાય છે. જો વૃક્ષનાં મૂળિયાં પવિત્ર હોય તો વૃક્ષની ડાળીઓ પણ પવિત્ર હોય છે.

તેણે તેને ખેડી અને પથ્થર વીણી કાઢયા. અને અતિ ઉત્તમ દ્રાક્ષીના વેલા રોપ્યા, તેણે તેની વચ્ચે ચોકી કરવાની છાપરી બાંધી અને દ્રાક્ષને પીલવા કુંડ ખોદી કાઢયો. એમાં મીઠી દ્રાક્ષ થશે એવી તેને આશા હતી. પણ થઇ ત્યારે તેવી મીઠી દ્રાક્ષ બિલકુલ નહોતી.
Ezekiel 47:8
તેણે મને કહ્યું, “આ પાણી પૂર્વમાં વહેતું યર્દનકાંઠા સુધી જાય છે અને આખરે એ મૃતસરોવરને જઇને મળે છે. એ જ્યારે મૃતસરોવરને જઇને મળે છે ત્યારે તેના પાણીને મીઠું બનાવી દે છે.
