Isaiah 44:15
પછી તે લાકડાનો કેટલોક ભાગ બળતણ તરીકે પોતાને હૂંફાળા બનાવવા માટે વાપરે છે અને તેના પર રોટલી શેકે છે. બાકી રહેલા લાકડામાંથી તે પોતાને માટે દેવ બનાવે છે-લોકો ભકિત કરી શકે માટે દેવ બનાવે છે! પગે લાગવા માટે તે મૂર્તિઓ ઘડે છે.
| Then shall it be | וְהָיָ֤ה | wĕhāyâ | veh-ha-YA |
| man a for | לְאָדָם֙ | lĕʾādām | leh-ah-DAHM |
| to burn: | לְבָעֵ֔ר | lĕbāʿēr | leh-va-ARE |
| take will he for | וַיִּקַּ֤ח | wayyiqqaḥ | va-yee-KAHK |
| thereof, and warm | מֵהֶם֙ | mēhem | may-HEM |
| yea, himself; | וַיָּ֔חָם | wayyāḥom | va-YA-home |
| he kindleth | אַף | ʾap | af |
| baketh and it, | יַשִּׂ֖יק | yaśśîq | ya-SEEK |
| bread; | וְאָ֣פָה | wĕʾāpâ | veh-AH-fa |
| yea, | לָ֑חֶם | lāḥem | LA-hem |
| he maketh | אַף | ʾap | af |
| god, a | יִפְעַל | yipʿal | yeef-AL |
| and worshippeth | אֵל֙ | ʾēl | ale |
| maketh he it; | וַיִּשְׁתָּ֔חוּ | wayyištāḥû | va-yeesh-TA-hoo |
| it a graven image, | עָשָׂ֥הוּ | ʿāśāhû | ah-SA-hoo |
| and falleth down | פֶ֖סֶל | pesel | FEH-sel |
| thereto. | וַיִּסְגָּד | wayyisgād | va-yees-ɡAHD |
| לָֽמוֹ׃ | lāmô | LA-moh |
