שִׁמְע֣וּ ye sheem-OO בָ֭נִים children, VA-neem מ֣וּסַר the MOO-sahr אָ֑ב instruction av וְ֝הַקְשִׁ֗יבוּ of VEH-hahk-SHEE-voo לָדַ֥עַת a la-DA-at בִּינָֽה׃ father, bee-NA -
כִּ֤י I kee לֶ֣קַח give LEH-kahk ט֭וֹב you tove נָתַ֣תִּי good na-TA-tee לָכֶ֑ם doctrine, la-HEM תּֽ֝וֹרָתִ֗י forsake TOH-ra-TEE אַֽל ye al תַּעֲזֹֽבוּ׃ not ta-uh-zoh-VOO -
כִּי I kee בֵ֭ן was vane הָיִ֣יתִי my ha-YEE-tee לְאָבִ֑י father's leh-ah-VEE רַ֥ךְ son, rahk וְ֝יָחִ֗יד tender VEH-ya-HEED לִפְנֵ֥י and leef-NAY אִמִּֽי׃ only ee-MEE -
וַיֹּרֵ֗נִי taught va-yoh-RAY-nee וַיֹּ֥אמֶר me va-YOH-mer לִ֗י also, lee יִֽתְמָךְ and YEE-teh-moke דְּבָרַ֥י said deh-va-RAI לִבֶּ֑ךָ unto lee-BEH-ha שְׁמֹ֖ר me, sheh-MORE מִצְוֹתַ֣י Let mee-ts-oh-TAI וֶֽחְיֵֽה׃ thine VEH-heh-YAY -
קְנֵ֣ה wisdom, keh-NAY חָ֭כְמָה get HA-heh-ma קְנֵ֣ה understanding: keh-NAY בִינָ֑ה forget vee-NA אַל it al תִּשְׁכַּ֥ח not; teesh-KAHK וְאַל neither veh-AL תֵּ֝֗ט decline tate מֵֽאִמְרֵי from MAY-eem-ray פִֽי׃ the fee -
אַל her al תַּעַזְבֶ֥הָ not, ta-az-VEH-ha וְתִשְׁמְרֶ֑ךָּ and veh-teesh-meh-REH-ka אֱהָבֶ֥הָ she ay-ha-VEH-ha וְתִצְּרֶֽךָּ׃ shall veh-tee-tseh-REH-ka -
רֵאשִׁ֣ית is ray-SHEET חָ֭כְמָה the HA-heh-ma קְנֵ֣ה principal keh-NAY חָכְמָ֑ה thing; hoke-MA וּבְכָל therefore oo-veh-HAHL קִ֝נְיָנְךָ֗ get KEEN-yone-HA קְנֵ֣ה wisdom: keh-NAY בִינָֽה׃ and vee-NA -
סַלְסְלֶ֥הָ her, sahl-seh-LEH-ha וּֽתְרוֹמְמֶ֑ךָּ and oo-teh-roh-meh-MEH-ka תְּ֝כַבֵּ֗דְךָ she TEH-ha-BAY-deh-ha כִּ֣י shall kee תְחַבְּקֶֽנָּה׃ promote teh-ha-beh-KEH-na -
תִּתֵּ֣ן shall tee-TANE לְ֭רֹאשְׁךָ give LEH-roh-sheh-ha לִוְיַת to leev-YAHT חֵ֑ן thine hane עֲטֶ֖רֶת head uh-TEH-ret תִּפְאֶ֣רֶת an teef-EH-ret תְּמַגְּנֶֽךָּ׃ ornament teh-ma-ɡeh-NEH-ka -
שְׁמַ֣ע O sheh-MA בְּ֭נִי my BEH-nee וְקַ֣ח son, veh-KAHK אֲמָרָ֑י and uh-ma-RAI וְיִרְבּ֥וּ receive veh-yeer-BOO לְ֝ךָ֗ my LEH-HA שְׁנ֣וֹת sayings; sheh-NOTE חַיִּֽים׃ and ha-YEEM -
בְּדֶ֣רֶךְ have beh-DEH-rek חָ֭כְמָה taught HA-heh-ma הֹרֵתִ֑יךָ thee hoh-ray-TEE-ha הִ֝דְרַכְתִּ֗יךָ in HEED-rahk-TEE-ha בְּמַעְגְּלֵי the beh-ma-ɡeh-LAY יֹֽשֶׁר׃ way YOH-sher -
בְּֽ֭לֶכְתְּךָ thou BEH-lek-teh-ha לֹא goest, loh יֵצַ֣ר thy yay-TSAHR צַעֲדֶ֑ךָ steps tsa-uh-DEH-ha וְאִם shall veh-EEM תָּ֝ר֗וּץ not TA-ROOTS לֹ֣א be loh תִכָּשֵֽׁל׃ straitened; tee-ka-SHALE -
הַחֲזֵ֣ק fast ha-huh-ZAKE בַּמּוּסָ֣ר hold ba-moo-SAHR אַל of al תֶּ֑רֶף instruction; TEH-ref נִ֝צְּרֶ֗הָ let NEE-tseh-REH-ha כִּי her kee הִ֥יא not hee חַיֶּֽיךָ׃ go: ha-YAY-ha -
בְּאֹ֣רַח not beh-OH-rahk רְ֭שָׁעִים into REH-sha-eem אַל the al תָּבֹ֑א path ta-VOH וְאַל of veh-AL תְּ֝אַשֵּׁ֗ר the TEH-ah-SHARE בְּדֶ֣רֶךְ wicked, beh-DEH-rek רָעִֽים׃ and ra-EEM -
פְּרָעֵ֥הוּ it, peh-ra-A-hoo אַל pass al תַּעֲבָר not ta-uh-VAHR בּ֑וֹ by boh שְׂטֵ֖ה it, seh-TAY מֵעָלָ֣יו turn may-ah-LAV וַעֲבֹֽר׃ from va-uh-VORE -
כִּ֤י they kee לֹ֣א sleep loh יִֽ֭שְׁנוּ not, YEE-sheh-noo אִם except eem לֹ֣א loh יָרֵ֑עוּ they ya-RAY-oo וְֽנִגְזְלָ֥ה have veh-neeɡ-zeh-LA שְׁ֝נָתָ֗ם done SHEH-na-TAHM אִם mischief; eem לֹ֥א and loh יַכְשִֽׁולוּ׃ their yahk-SHEEV-loo -
כִּ֣י they kee לָ֭חֲמוּ eat LA-huh-moo לֶ֣חֶם the LEH-hem רֶ֑שַׁע bread REH-sha וְיֵ֖ין of veh-YANE חֲמָסִ֣ים wickedness, huh-ma-SEEM יִשְׁתּֽוּ׃ and yeesh-TOO -
וְאֹ֣רַח the veh-OH-rahk צַ֭דִּיקִים path TSA-dee-keem כְּא֣וֹר of keh-ORE נֹ֑גַהּ the NOH-ɡa הוֹלֵ֥ךְ just hoh-LAKE וָ֝א֗וֹר is VA-ORE עַד as ad נְכ֥וֹן the neh-HONE הַיּֽוֹם׃ shining ha-yome -
דֶּ֣רֶךְ way DEH-rek רְ֭שָׁעִים of REH-sha-eem כָּֽאֲפֵלָ֑ה the ka-uh-fay-LA לֹ֥א wicked loh יָ֝דְע֗וּ is YA-deh-OO בַּמֶּ֥ה as ba-MEH יִכָּשֵֽׁלוּ׃ darkness: yee-ka-shay-LOO -
בְּ֭נִי son, BEH-nee לִדְבָרַ֣י attend leed-va-RAI הַקְשִׁ֑יבָה to hahk-SHEE-va לַ֝אֲמָרַ֗י my LA-uh-ma-RAI הַט words; haht אָזְנֶֽךָ׃ incline oze-NEH-ha -
אַל them al יַלִּ֥יזוּ not ya-LEE-zoo מֵעֵינֶ֑יךָ depart may-ay-NAY-ha שָׁ֝מְרֵ֗ם from SHA-meh-RAME בְּת֣וֹךְ thine beh-TOKE לְבָבֶֽךָ׃ eyes; leh-va-VEH-ha -
כִּֽי they kee חַיִּ֣ים are ha-YEEM הֵ֭ם life hame לְמֹצְאֵיהֶ֑ם unto leh-moh-tseh-ay-HEM וּֽלְכָל those OO-leh-hole בְּשָׂר֥וֹ that beh-sa-ROH מַרְפֵּֽא׃ find mahr-PAY -

הָסֵ֣ר away ha-SARE מִ֭מְּךָ from MEE-meh-ha עִקְּשׁ֣וּת thee ee-keh-SHOOT פֶּ֑ה a peh וּלְז֥וּת froward oo-leh-ZOOT שְׂ֝פָתַ֗יִם mouth, SEH-fa-TA-yeem הַרְחֵ֥ק and hahr-HAKE מִמֶּֽךָּ׃ perverse mee-MEH-ka -
עֵ֭ינֶיךָ thine A-nay-ha לְנֹ֣כַח eyes leh-NOH-hahk יַבִּ֑יטוּ look ya-BEE-too וְ֝עַפְעַפֶּ֗יךָ right VEH-af-ah-PAY-ha יַיְשִׁ֥רוּ on, yai-SHEE-roo נֶגְדֶּֽךָ׃ and neɡ-DEH-ha -
