યહોવાને અર્પણ ચઢાવનાર તમાંરી સાથે કાયમી ધોરણે કે થોડા સમય માંટે વસતો વિદેશી હોય તો પણ તેણે એ જ નિયમનું પાલન કરવું, અર્પણની સુવાસથી યહોવા પ્રસન્ન થાય છે.
