ઘણી પ્રજાઓમાંથી યાકૂબના બચવા પામેલા વંશજો ઘાસ ઉપર વરસતાં ઝાપટાં જેવા બની જશે, જે માણસ ઉપર આધાર રાખતા નથી, કે તેના માટે રોકાતા નથી.

And the remnant	וְהָיָ֣ה׀	wĕhāyâ	veh-ha-YA
of Jacob	שְׁאֵרִ֣ית	šĕʾērît	sheh-ay-REET
shall be	יַעֲקֹ֗ב	yaʿăqōb	ya-uh-KOVE
midst the in	בְּקֶ֙רֶב֙	bĕqereb	beh-KEH-REV
of many	עַמִּ֣ים	ʿammîm	ah-MEEM
people	רַבִּ֔ים	rabbîm	ra-BEEM
as a dew	כְּטַל֙	kĕṭal	keh-TAHL
from	מֵאֵ֣ת	mēʾēt	may-ATE
Lord, the	יְהוָ֔ה	yĕhwâ	yeh-VA
as the showers	כִּרְבִיבִ֖ים	kirbîbîm	keer-vee-VEEM
upon	עֲלֵי	ʿălê	uh-LAY
the grass,	עֵ֑שֶׂב	ʿēśeb	A-sev
that	אֲשֶׁ֤ר	ʾăšer	uh-SHER
tarrieth	לֹֽא	lōʾ	loh
not	יְקַוֶּה֙	yĕqawweh	yeh-ka-WEH
for man,	לְאִ֔ישׁ	lĕʾîš	leh-EESH
nor	וְלֹ֥א	wĕlōʾ	veh-LOH
waiteth	יְיַחֵ֖ל	yĕyaḥēl	yeh-ya-HALE
for the sons	לִבְנֵ֥י	libnê	leev-NAY
of men.	אָדָֽם׃	ʾādām	ah-DAHM
