lights for	לִמְאוֹרֹת֙	limʾôrōt	leem-oh-ROTE
in the firmament	בִּרְקִ֣יעַ	birqîaʿ	beer-KEE-ah
heaven the of	הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם	haššāmayim	ha-sha-MA-yeem
to give light	לְהָאִ֖יר	lĕhāʾîr	leh-ha-EER
upon	עַל	ʿal	al
earth: the	הָאָ֑רֶץ	hāʾāreṣ	ha-AH-rets
and it was	וַֽיְהִי	wayhî	VA-hee
