નિર્ગમન 34:34
જ્યારે જ્યારે તે યહોવા સમક્ષ વાત કરવા જતો, ત્યારે ત્યારે ઘૂંઘટ દૂર કરતો અને બહાર આવતાં સુધી ઘૂંઘટ પાછો ઢાંકતો નહિ. પછી બહાર આવીને પોતાને જે જે આજ્ઞાઓ મળી હોય તે તે ઇસ્રાએલીઓને કહી સંભળાવતો,

| the Lord | יְהוָה֙ | yĕhwāh | yeh-VA |
| to speak | לְדַבֵּ֣ר | lĕdabbēr | leh-da-BARE |
| with | אִתּ֔וֹ | ʾittô | EE-toh |
| him, he took off, | יָסִ֥יר | yāsîr | ya-SEER |
| the vail | אֶת | ʾet | et |
| הַמַּסְוֶ֖ה | hammaswe | ha-mahs-VEH | |
| until | עַד | ʿad | ad |
| out. came he | צֵאת֑וֹ | ṣēʾtô | tsay-TOH |
| And he came out, | וְיָצָ֗א | wĕyāṣāʾ | veh-ya-TSA |
| and spake | וְדִבֶּר֙ | wĕdibber | veh-dee-BER |
| unto | אֶל | ʾel | el |
| children the | בְּנֵ֣י | bĕnê | beh-NAY |
| of Israel | יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל | yiśrāʾēl | yees-ra-ALE |
| אֵ֖ת | ʾēt | ate | |
| that which | אֲשֶׁ֥ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| he was commanded. | יְצֻוֶּֽה׃ | yĕṣuwwe | yeh-tsoo-WEH |
