Genesis 1:28
દેવે તેઓને આશીર્વાદ આપ્યા. દેવે તેઓને કહ્યું, “ઘણાં સંતાનો પ્રાપ્ત કરો, પૃથ્વીને ભરી દો અને તેનું નિયંત્રણ કરો. સાગરનાં માંછલાં પર અને આકાશના પક્ષીઓ પર શાસન કરો. પૃથ્વી પરનાં પ્રત્યેક જીવ પર શાસન કરો.”

જયારે તે વિદાય થતી હતી ત્યારે આશીર્વાદ આપ્યા કે,“અમાંરી બહેન, લાખો પુત્રોની માંતા થાઓ, અને તારા વંશજો દુશ્મનોના શહેરો કબજે કરો.”

તેને ઇસ્રાએલના ખડક, તમાંરા પૂર્વજોના દેવ, તરફથી શકિત મળી હતી. અને તમે સર્વસમર્થ દેવથી આશીર્વાદિત થશો. તે તમને ઉપર આકાશ અને ખૂબ નીચેથી આશીર્વાદ આપે. એ તમને છાતી અને ગર્ભમાંથી આશીર્વાદો આપે.

પછી દેવે તે પ્રાણીઓને આશીર્વાદ આપ્યા. અને કહ્યું, “જાઓ, ઘણાં બધાં બચ્ચાં પેદા કરો અને સાગરનાં પાણીને ભરી દો. અને પક્ષીઓ પણ બહુ જ વધી જાઓ.”
Job 42:12
યહોવાએ અયૂબને વધારે આશીર્વાદ એની પાછલી ઉંમરમાં આપ્યાં. હવે અયૂબની પાસે 14,000 ઘેટાં, 6,000 ઊંટ, 2,000 બળદ અને 1,000 ગધેડીઓ હતી.
Psalm 69:34
આકાશ તથા પૃથ્વી તેમનું સ્તવન કરો; સમુદ્રો તથાં તેમાનાં સર્વ જળચર તેમની સ્તુતિ કરો.

જો યહોવા ઘર ન બાંધે તો; બાંધનારાઓનો શ્રમ વ્યર્થ છે, અને જો યહોવા નગરનું રક્ષણ ન કરે તો; ચોકીદારનો ચોકી પહેરો સમયની બરબાદી છે!
Psalm 128:3
પુરમાં ફળવત દ્રાક્ષાવેલાના જેવી થશે; તારા સંતાનો તારી મેજની આસપાસ જૈતુન વૃક્ષના રોપા જેવા થશે.
1 Timothy 4:3
એવા માણસો લોકોને કહેતા ફરે છે કે તેઓ લગ્ર કરી શકે નહિ. અને તેઓ લોકોને કહે છે કે અમુક અમુક જાતનો ખોરાક ખાવો ન જોઈએ. પરંતુ તે ખોરાક પણ દેવે જ બનાવ્યો છે. અને દેવને માનનારા તથા સત્યને જાણનારા લોકો આભારસ્તુતિ કરીને એ ખોરાક ખાઈ શકે છે.
1 Chronicles 26:5
છઠ્ઠો આમ્મીએલ, સાતમો યિસ્સાખાર, અને આઠમો પેઉલથ્થાઇ. આ પુત્રો આપીને દેવે તેને આશીર્વાદ આપ્યા હતા.
