מִ֚י is mee כְּהֶ֣חָכָ֔ם as keh-HEH-ha-HAHM וּמִ֥י the oo-MEE יוֹדֵ֖עַ wise yoh-DAY-ah פֵּ֣שֶׁר man? PAY-sher דָּבָ֑ר and da-VAHR חָכְמַ֤ת who hoke-MAHT אָדָם֙ knoweth ah-DAHM תָּאִ֣יר the ta-EER פָּנָ֔יו interpretation pa-NAV וְעֹ֥ז of veh-OZE פָּנָ֖יו a pa-NAV יְשֻׁנֶּֽא׃ thing? yeh-shoo-NEH -
אֲנִי֙ counsel uh-NEE פִּי thee pee מֶ֣לֶךְ to MEH-lek שְׁמֹ֔ר keep sheh-MORE וְעַ֕ל the veh-AL דִּבְרַ֖ת king's deev-RAHT שְׁבוּעַ֥ת commandment, sheh-voo-AT אֱלֹהִֽים׃ and ay-loh-HEEM -
אַל not al תִּבָּהֵ֤ל hasty tee-ba-HALE מִפָּנָיו֙ to mee-pa-nav תֵּלֵ֔ךְ go tay-LAKE אַֽל out al תַּעֲמֹ֖ד of ta-uh-MODE בְּדָבָ֣ר his beh-da-VAHR רָ֑ע sight: ra כִּ֛י stand kee כָּל not kahl אֲשֶׁ֥ר in uh-SHER יַחְפֹּ֖ץ an yahk-POHTS יַעֲשֶֽׂה׃ evil ya-uh-SEH -
בַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר the ba-uh-SHER דְּבַר word deh-VAHR מֶ֖לֶךְ of MEH-lek שִׁלְט֑וֹן a sheel-TONE וּמִ֥י king oo-MEE יֹֽאמַר is, YOH-mahr ל֖וֹ there loh מַֽה is ma תַּעֲשֶֽׂה׃ power: ta-uh-SEH -

כִּ֣י to kee לְכָל every leh-HAHL חֵ֔פֶץ purpose HAY-fets יֵ֖שׁ there yaysh עֵ֣ת is ate וּמִשְׁפָּ֑ט time oo-meesh-PAHT כִּֽי and kee רָעַ֥ת judgment, ra-AT הָאָדָ֖ם therefore ha-ah-DAHM רַבָּ֥ה the ra-BA עָלָֽיו׃ misery ah-LAIV -

אֵ֣ין is ane אָדָ֞ם no ah-DAHM שַׁלִּ֤יט man sha-LEET בָּר֙וּחַ֙ that ba-ROO-HA לִכְל֣וֹא hath leek-LOH אֶת power et הָר֔וּחַ over ha-ROO-ak וְאֵ֤ין the veh-ANE שִׁלְטוֹן֙ spirit sheel-TONE בְּי֣וֹם to beh-YOME הַמָּ֔וֶת retain ha-MA-vet וְאֵ֥ין veh-ANE מִשְׁלַ֖חַת the meesh-LA-haht בַּמִּלְחָמָ֑ה spirit; ba-meel-ha-MA וְלֹֽא neither veh-LOH יְמַלֵּ֥ט hath yeh-ma-LATE רֶ֖שַׁע he REH-sha אֶת power et בְּעָלָֽיו׃ in beh-ah-LAIV -
אֶת this et כָּל have kahl זֶ֤ה I zeh רָאִ֙יתִי֙ seen, ra-EE-TEE וְנָת֣וֹן and veh-na-TONE אֶת applied et לִבִּ֔י lee-BEE לְכָֽל my leh-HAHL מַעֲשֶׂ֔ה heart ma-uh-SEH אֲשֶׁ֥ר unto uh-SHER נַעֲשָׂ֖ה every na-uh-SA תַּ֣חַת work TA-haht הַשָּׁ֑מֶשׁ that ha-SHA-mesh עֵ֗ת is ate אֲשֶׁ֨ר done uh-SHER שָׁלַ֧ט under sha-LAHT הָאָדָ֛ם the ha-ah-DAHM בְּאָדָ֖ם sun: beh-ah-DAHM לְרַ֥ע there leh-RA לֽוֹ׃ is loh -
וּבְכֵ֡ן so oo-veh-HANE רָאִיתִי֩ I ra-ee-TEE רְשָׁעִ֨ים saw reh-sha-EEM קְבֻרִ֜ים the keh-voo-REEM וָבָ֗אוּ wicked va-VA-oo וּמִמְּק֤וֹם buried, oo-mee-meh-KOME קָדוֹשׁ֙ who ka-DOHSH יְהַלֵּ֔כוּ had yeh-ha-LAY-hoo וְיִֽשְׁתַּכְּח֥וּ come veh-yee-sheh-ta-keh-HOO בָעִ֖יר and va-EER אֲשֶׁ֣ר gone uh-SHER כֵּן from kane עָשׂ֑וּ the ah-SOO גַּם place ɡahm זֶ֖ה of zeh הָֽבֶל׃ the HA-vel -
אֲשֶׁר֙ sentence uh-SHER אֵין against ane נַעֲשָׂ֣ה an na-uh-SA פִתְגָ֔ם evil feet-ɡAHM מַעֲשֵׂ֥ה work ma-uh-SAY הָרָעָ֖ה is ha-ra-AH מְהֵרָ֑ה not meh-hay-RA עַל executed al כֵּ֡ן speedily, kane מָלֵ֞א therefore ma-LAY לֵ֧ב lave בְּֽנֵי the BEH-nay הָאָדָ֛ם heart ha-ah-DAHM בָּהֶ֖ם of ba-HEM לַעֲשׂ֥וֹת the la-uh-SOTE רָֽע׃ sons ra -
אֲשֶׁ֣ר a uh-SHER חֹטֶ֗א sinner hoh-TEH עֹשֶׂ֥ה do oh-SEH רָ֛ע evil ra מְאַ֖ת an meh-AT וּמַאֲרִ֣יךְ hundred oo-ma-uh-REEK ל֑וֹ times, loh כִּ֚י and kee גַּם his ɡahm יוֹדֵ֣עַ days yoh-DAY-ah אָ֔נִי be AH-nee אֲשֶׁ֤ר prolonged, uh-SHER יִהְיֶה yet yee-YEH טּוֹב֙ surely tove לְיִרְאֵ֣י I leh-yeer-A הָאֱלֹהִ֔ים know ha-ay-loh-HEEM אֲשֶׁ֥ר that uh-SHER יִֽירְא֖וּ it yee-reh-OO מִלְּפָנָֽיו׃ shall mee-leh-fa-NAIV -
וְטוֹב֙ it veh-TOVE לֹֽא shall loh יִהְיֶ֣ה not yee-YEH לָֽרָשָׁ֔ע be la-ra-SHA וְלֹֽא well veh-LOH יַאֲרִ֥יךְ with ya-uh-REEK יָמִ֖ים the ya-MEEM כַּצֵּ֑ל wicked, ka-TSALE אֲשֶׁ֛ר neither uh-SHER אֵינֶ֥נּוּ shall ay-NEH-noo יָרֵ֖א he ya-RAY מִלִּפְנֵ֥י prolong mee-leef-NAY אֱלֹהִֽים׃ his ay-loh-HEEM -
יֶשׁ is yesh הֶבֶל֮ a heh-VEL אֲשֶׁ֣ר vanity uh-SHER נַעֲשָׂ֣ה which na-uh-SA עַל is al הָאָרֶץ֒ done ha-ah-RETS אֲשֶׁ֣ר׀ upon uh-SHER יֵ֣שׁ the yaysh צַדִּיקִ֗ים earth; tsa-dee-KEEM אֲשֶׁ֨ר that uh-SHER מַגִּ֤יעַ there ma-ɡEE-ah אֲלֵהֶם֙ be uh-lay-HEM כְּמַעֲשֵׂ֣ה just keh-ma-uh-SAY הָרְשָׁעִ֔ים men, hore-sha-EEM וְיֵ֣שׁ unto veh-YAYSH רְשָׁעִ֔ים whom reh-sha-EEM שֶׁמַּגִּ֥יעַ sheh-ma-ɡEE-ah אֲלֵהֶ֖ם it uh-lay-HEM כְּמַעֲשֵׂ֣ה happeneth keh-ma-uh-SAY הַצַּדִּיקִ֑ים according ha-tsa-dee-KEEM אָמַ֕רְתִּי to ah-MAHR-tee שֶׁגַּם the sheh-ɡAHM זֶ֖ה work zeh הָֽבֶל׃ of HA-vel -
וְשִׁבַּ֤חְתִּֽי I veh-shee-BAHK-tee אֲנִי֙ commended uh-NEE אֶת et הַשִּׂמְחָ֔ה mirth, ha-seem-HA אֲשֶׁ֨ר because uh-SHER אֵֽין a ane ט֤וֹב man tove לָֽאָדָם֙ hath la-ah-DAHM תַּ֣חַת no TA-haht הַשֶּׁ֔מֶשׁ better ha-SHEH-mesh כִּ֛י thing kee אִם under eem לֶאֱכֹ֥ל the leh-ay-HOLE וְלִשְׁתּ֖וֹת sun, veh-leesh-TOTE וְלִשְׂמ֑וֹחַ than veh-lees-MOH-ak וְה֞וּא veh-HOO יִלְוֶ֣נּוּ to yeel-VEH-noo בַעֲמָל֗וֹ eat, va-uh-ma-LOH יְמֵ֥י and yeh-MAY חַיָּ֛יו to ha-YAV אֲשֶׁר drink, uh-SHER נָֽתַן and NA-tahn ל֥וֹ to loh הָאֱלֹהִ֖ים be ha-ay-loh-HEEM תַּ֥חַת merry: TA-haht הַשָּֽׁמֶשׁ׃ for ha-SHA-mesh -
כַּאֲשֶׁ֨ר I ka-uh-SHER נָתַ֤תִּי applied na-TA-tee אֶת et לִבִּי֙ mine lee-BEE לָדַ֣עַת heart la-DA-at חָכְמָ֔ה to hoke-MA וְלִרְאוֹת֙ know veh-leer-OTE אֶת wisdom, et הָ֣עִנְיָ֔ן and HA-een-YAHN אֲשֶׁ֥ר to uh-SHER נַעֲשָׂ֖ה see na-uh-SA עַל al הָאָ֑רֶץ the ha-AH-rets כִּ֣י business kee גַ֤ם that ɡahm בַּיּוֹם֙ is ba-YOME וּבַלַּ֔יְלָה done oo-va-LA-la שֵׁנָ֕ה upon shay-NA בְּעֵינָ֖יו the beh-ay-NAV אֵינֶ֥נּוּ earth: ay-NEH-noo רֹאֶֽה׃ (for roh-EH -
