1 Corinthians 9:14
જે લોકો સુવાર્તા પ્રગટ કરે છે, તેઓને માટે પણ આમ જ છે. પ્રભુનો આદેશ છે કે જે લોકો સુવાર્તા પ્રગટ કરે છે, તેઓને જીવન નિર્વાહ તેઓના આ કાર્ય થકી થવો જોઈએ.

મંડળીનો સારી રીતે અધિકાર ચલાવનાર વડીલોને માન પાત્ર ગણવા જોઈએ. ખાસ કરીને આ સાચું છે કે વડીલોને માન મળવું જોઈએ. જેઓ ઉપદેશ કરવામાં તથા શિક્ષણ આપવામાં શ્રમ લે છે.

જે વ્યક્તિ દેવનો ઉપદેશ શીખી રહી છે તેણે પોતાની પાસે જે કઈ સારા વાનાં છે તેમાંથી તેના શીખબનારને હિસ્સો આપવો જોઈએ.
